Conveniently located to beach access, restaurants, and coffee shop. The deck was amazing, with several options for seating in both sun and shade. The large dining room table made it easy for us to eat, play games and complete a puzzle. Perfect for the 4 adults. I’ve been visiting Surfside since 1966 and I have never seen the island in such great shape! Remember to bring your own drinking water!

Great Beach House

The beach house was just large enough that we didn't feel cramped, yet it was cozy. Two nice bathrooms, both with showers and also close enough proximity to the beach that it was an easy walk. We really liked the stairs because of the break & the motion lights for night time.

Great Stay

Loved the quick walk to the beach.Slept comfortably and property was roomy and clean. Had pretty much anything we needed to cook. This was the first house we have been to here that didn't have some beach items (umbrella, cooler and chairs) as we came from out of town and couldn't pack some of the items.

House was not cleaned properly after previous guests with pets. There were hairballs floating around throughout the house as well as the on couch and bedspreads. They could really use a new couch due to staining/odor. The location is great for beach access and close to some food options which was nice. At this time of year mosquitoes were really bad. We also saw some other bugs in the home. If you’re sensitive to it the water in this town is very metallic smelling and discolored so bring your own drinking water.
