Very convenient property minutes from Woodland Park but feels very remote. Amazing views. First floor is perfect for a couple and the second floor is available for additional family and friends. Host was very accommodating.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It's located in a great area just outside of Woodland Park, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to everything we wanted to do.One of our favorite parts of the trip was relaxing on the patio each morning and evening while taking in the incredible views of Pikes Peak. The house itself is very spacious and easily accommodated our group of eight, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.Clint was an excellent host friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. As the week went on, we found ourselves appreciating the property even more. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The location is beautiful and not too far from town. The house is spacious, clean and relaxing. We did not get an opportunity to explore the grounds or the trails, but it is a must on the next visit. The host, Clint, was very hospitable, helpful, and responded quickly to my messages. We will definitely stay here again.
I stayed here for my daughter's wedding weekend, and while the property itself was nice, my experience afterward was disappointing. After checkout, the host claimed that my dogs had not been disclosed and that they had urinated on the carpets. However, no photos or evidence were ever provided to support those claims.I believe it's important for hosts to communicate clearly and provide documentation when making accusations against guests. I take pride in being a respectful guest and would have appreciated a fair and transparent discussion rather than unsupported allegations.Overall, the stay itself was fine, but the way the situation was handled after checkout left a negative impression.

Before booking the property, the guest asked if they could bring 2 Emotional Support Animals, which I gladly accepted and said I wouldn’t charge a pet fee. However, when booking the property the guest didn’t indicate on the booking that they were bringing a pet. When a guest makes inquires prior to booking and then subsequently book the property, hosts don’t see prior conversations on the booking message thread, that’s a limitation of the platform that hosts don’t control. After check-out my housekeeper discovered that the dogs had clearly been marking inside the house. This wasn’t a case of a simple accident, it was obvious territory marking. Emotional Support Animals are expected to be house trained under Fair Housing Act guidelines. We go to great lengths to provide a clean and sanitary house for all our guests, which is evident on our reviews for all the years we’ve been a host. However, additional cleaning is required when pets urinate in the house so I asked the guest to pay our $100 pet fee to cover the additional cleaning after it was discovered that the pets had been marking territory in the house. I still rated and reviewed the guest fairly and yet they rated me at a 1 star. If providing a clean and comfortable house and simply asking for a guest to cover additional cleaning costs for their 2 Emotional Support Animals urinating in the house for multiple days is worthy of a 1 star review, so be it. I’m happy to be judged by all my other consistent 5 star reviews.
Beautiful home! Exactly as described! Extremely clean, comfortable and a fully equipped kitchen. Owner very easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay again.
We have stayed here multiple times and everytime it's great. The property is perfect for our 4 kids to explore and have adventures. I would highly recommend this property!
We enjoyed staying on this amazing place, the only thing we didn't like much was not having another full bathroom out of the main bedroom but other than that this is the perfect spot to enjoy outdoors and have a peaceful stay.
This is a stunning property and the host was extremely helpful. It is minutes from town but super secluded. I cannot say enough about our stay. It was perfect!
This is one of our favorite places to stay. The house nice and clean. The property is great. There is lots of room to hike and explore. Great place for kids!
My family and I were looking for a last minute get away. This property was perfect. Great location, great people, great house. It was just what we needed. We cant wait to come back.
My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. The setting is beautiful and you are still close to town. We enjoyed hiking and fishing in the area as well! The house is large which works well for families and larger groups of friends
