This 2 bedroom house features a master bedroom with king bed, bunk room that sleeps 4 and the kitchen opens to the well-appointed family room. Smart TV's throughout. Newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Property is .5 miles from St Joe State Park.

Return kayaks to rack between pool and screened area. Hang life jackets in screened area.

The native landscaping made the place truly Forgotten Florida. The dock is great if only to star gaze. The house and screened porches were very cozy and enjoyable to relax in.

We had a lovely stay at this house in Port St Joe. The location is very conveniently placed near the beach, with the dock right outside the house for a perfect sunrise view. We spent time cooking in the kitchen for Christmas and had a stunning view looking out onto the water. Great place to stay for families. One thing to note is that the dock itself was not accessible for us by boat as the water level has gotten very low.

A beautiful slice of old Florida. Cast a line, paddle a boat. Definitely feel like you're staying with friends because of all of the family photos. Highly recommend.

We had a blast, fishing and kayaking. We really enjoyed the location of the house and the fish cleaning area. The pool was nice for relaxing after the saltwater and sun wear you out! The location and the scenery was the best part of this property. Each level of the house had a screened in deck with plenty of seating. The morning sunrises were absolutely amazing... The house was nice and clean. It was just my wife and I so we can only speak for the master bedroom which had a super comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen seemed to have enough utensils for what we needed. We didn't use the pool because the weather was too cool.

Our family of 4 and puppies enjoyed this visit, pool very clean, we noticed upgraded items from last visit, appreciate it the kayaks, and fishing at the dock, house close to the ocean, enjoyed our relaxing stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, a plus we love cooking cooking.
