A great location for exploring all of Lake Tahoe - you can even make a run to the Yosemite Valley in 4 hrs if you are so inclined. The unit is well appointed and offers many amenities that can make your stay comfortable and easy. This is especially true if you have young children with you.

This condo is amazing! 100% better than advertised. The Host commutes very well and was easily accessible for any help or advise. Easy access with a booklet full of instructions and information about the Condo and Incline Village. It was more spacious than I thought and the place is fully stocked! Big bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, garage and dining room with a lovely backyard deck patio. Close walk to beaches, restaurants, golf courses and shopping. Tesla charging station less than a mile away. Cathy is an amazing host and we are committed to returning next summer. It’s the perfect opportunity for a wonderful vacation.

Winter Visit

Always a wonderful stay

We love staying here at Incline. We come back here for a reason! The townhouse is large, clean, the beds are fabulous and kitchen is always well stocked. The living room area is such great place to lounge with the family after a long day!

Great Tahoe Rental

This rental was great on many levels - the two levels and bedrooms were wonderful with the bottom level having plenty of space for games and enjoying family time. This place was a joy and I would be happy to rent in this location.

A perfect experience

The townhouse was even nicer than the photos depict. It was really a perfect experience: Super clean, cozy, walking distance to stores, the lake, etc. The host was very responsive, kind and professional. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Incline.

Perfect Tahoe Beach Home

This was our third time staying here and it was the best year yet. It’s a 3 minute walk to my favorite beach in Tahoe. The home is very clean and the communication from the owner and property manager make it as easy as possible. Can’t wait for next year!

New Years Vacation

My family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is very well maintained with lovely decor and comfortable beds. We had a short walk to the beach as well as easy driving access to Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose. After a day of skiing and playing in the snow, the fireplace was a treat. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to renting it again on our next Incline vacation.

We loved our stay !

Incline village in north lake tahoe is more quiet and this rental was easy access to everything in the area. You can walk to the beach and walk to the Hyatt Regency Casino and restaurants. Also, the scenic highway to South Lake Highway is a 30-minute drive with breath taking views of the lake and mountains. We highly recommend this beautifully well-kept, beautifully decorated warm and cozy home.

Perfect Tahoe Stay

Loved this property for our vacation in the Tahoe area. Everything listed in the booking description is accurate, and one can tell Catherine takes extra care in making sure her guests are comfortable. Our family especially appreciated the quality bed linens and bath towels ... this seems to be a detail often overlooked in some rental experiences - thank you for a good night's rest after a fun-filled day in all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Pristine property in perfect location

My family and I had the best time staying at this large condo in Incline and are already looking to book again. The home is newly updated and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The evening walks to the beach and the grassy outdoor areas were our families’ favorite aspects of the property. The home owners and manager were very responsive and made our visit very pleasant. We can’t wait to come back.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We stayed at the property for 8 nights. It was very clean, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable. it was also very convenient to hiking, biking and the beaches. The garage is another very useful feature as we had bikes to store. Janet was a great host and prompt in answering our questions. We enjoyed our visit and hope to stay there again.

Perfect!

We brought our 2 daughters (16 and 14) for an early Thanksgiving trip to explore Lake Tahoe. The townhouse was perfect - no detail was overlooked. From the binder with activities, restaurants, and property details to the comfortable warm beds to the kitchen fully stocked with everything down to ziplocks and saran wrap, anything you could want or need was provided. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna as well. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at.
