About this property

Family Friendly 3 BR Lake Tahoe Retreat close to Lake, Casino and Skiing.

This 2 story condo in the popular Forest Pines complex sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The downstairs master has a king bed, and the 2 guest rooms above each have queens. There is an additional twin on site as well. Sleeps 7 but I recommend 6. There is a small outdoor deck. Kitchen area has 2 bar stools and a table that seats 6 people. Linens are provided as well as bath and beach towels and chairs. There is a pool and hot tub in parking lot 2-3 is open. You’ll need to check in with attendant and give the unit number.

Sand Harbor and Kings Beaches are 10 minutes away. This unit DOES NOT include access to the private beaches in Incline. Unfortunatley Incline Village is limiting guest access by not allowing very much money on the guest access cards.
There is a new trail to Sand Harbor 3 mile long bike path that is spectacular, very close to the beautiful Monkey Rock hiking/mountain bike trail. The Hyatt casino is a 10 minute walk and both the Championship Golf Course and Mountain Course are 5 minutes by car. You can also enjoy the pool and indoor spa that Forest Pines maintains located in between parking #2 and #1

There are many things to do in Incline and throughout the Tahoe area.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort is the closest, being a 5 minute drive away. The resort offers economical pricing, convenience, and some of the most beautiful views of the lake! Mt. Rose is 20 minutes, Northstar about 30 and Squaw/Heavenly about 40-45.

The unit has cable, wifi, and Roku, fully equipped kitchen, nespresso, keurig, normal coffee maker, washer and dryer and a gas fireplace.

Perfect location in Incline village and well equipped amenities. Were able to cook meals in the well-stocked kitchen and found it to be easy access to drive up to Mount Rose for a day of skiing.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was perfectly placed between Northlake ski resorts and Southlake resort. We even caught a couple shows at Crystal Bay Casino, which was an eight minute drive overall 100% stay here again.

Great for family ski trip

We’ve stayed at Incline Village numerous times over the years and this property is a great choice for a family looking for proximity to skiing or the lake without breaking the bank. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern. There was ample room for our family of 5, with two kids sharing a room. There are great restaurants and groceries nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s place. The condo is equipped with everything you might need during your stay….including lots of spices if you plan to cook meals. The place is cozy, the beds are comfortable and the location is great.

Great Place for Family Ski Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in process was super smooth. The owner was very communicative during the booking process and sent us the entry / access info way in advance of our check-in date. The property was really clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and consider for future family ski vacations.

Fantastic Relaxation Weekend
