Located close to the port, the beach, restaurants and shops, this house will seduce you during your stay.
This villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room, as well as an equipped kitchen. The accommodation has a garden with trees and a large terrace, which allows you to have lunch peacefully in the sun.

The accommodation is located 2 steps from the sea shuttle pier (price of a bus ticket) to go for a walk in Toulon.

Maison près du port

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison . A proximité des commerces, du port, 5 min à pied. Pas de nuissance, lieu très calme. Le seul bémol, c'est la propreté. Je pense qu'il vont y remédier rapidement.

Sympathique

La maison était sympas, malgré la déco un peu vieillotte qui l’a rend plutôt sombre mais le réel problème était le ménage qui laissait à désirer. Sinon je recommande plus cette maison pour une famille car saint mandrier est une ville peu festive.

location fonctionnelle avec tous les équipements nécessaires, au coeur du village bien située où les courses peuvent être faites à pied. Calme et un jardin magnifique qui vous fait vous sentir 'dans la nature'.

Emplacement idéal

Emplacement idéal à 3min à pied du port de Saint-mandrier . Plage des canons à 10min à pied et très agréable pour s'y baigner. La taille de la maison est idéal pour une famille. Néanmoins, je rajouterais éventuellement un grill pour les soirées d'été, un linge pour les pieds dans la salle d'eau et un fauteuil dans le salon et des ventilateurs pour des nuits chaudes, mais ça n'appartient qu'à moi. Nous avons bien profité des qualités de la maison et de ses environs. Je recommande cette maison en location de vacances.
