Dinard is a very good place to see all the interesting things in the area, ist just oposite of St. Malo. Our stay was super.

Perfect apartment and location. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and amazing views. A lovely quiet location with the bonus of the garden grounds, beach access and car parking.Host very helpful and responsive, and a lovely friendly welcome and help on departure from Dominique. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back.

Fantastische Unterkunft in Superlage, sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll ausgestattet, sehr gute Betten, komplett ausgestattete Küche. Die Betreuung von Mme Hottlet war sehr freundlich. Ein wunderbar restauriertes Anwesen inmitten eines gepflegten Parks, sicherer Parkplatz, Elektrotor, Aufzug, alles sehr ordentlich und perfekt sauber. Besitzer Ms. Roche sehr kommunikativ, schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen. Insgesamt eine hervorragende Unterkunft, in die wir wieder zurückkehren wollen.

Superbe appartement et superbe emplacement à Dinard

Semaine très agréable dans un appartement confortable, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et très propre. Emplacement idéal à deux pas de la plage du prieuré et à quinze minutes à pied du centre de Dinard. Et surtout une superbe vue sur la mer et la baie de Saint-Malo. Excellent accueil de la part de Madame Hottelet. Nous conseillons vivement !

Morgens aufwachen und aus den Fenstern über die Bucht nach Saint Malo schauen oder vor dem Schlafengehen das beleuchtete andere Ufer zu sehen: Sensationell. Kurz zu Fuß durch den hauseigenen Park zur Strandpromenade und in den Ort bummeln zu netten Restaurants oder zum Markt: Einfach super. Die Wohnung und das Haus sind top renoviert, für uns 2 Personen war es genau das Richtige im April.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Es war alles genauso wie beschrieben! Die Kommunikation mit Pascal Roche war unkompliziert und Dominique Hottlet, die uns empfing, war überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation in Englisch sehr gut möglich. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr genossen, insbesondere den kleinen Balkon mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf die Bucht von St. Malo. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Das Bett hervorragend. Sehr viele Staumöglichkeiten in der Wohnung vorhanden. Ebenso ein Aufzug in die Wohnung und ein reservierter Parkplatz! 🔝 Wenn man sich noch etwas wünschen dürfte, dann wäre dies eine zweite bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit und WLAN. Wir würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem aufwendig restaurierten historischen Gebäudekomplex mit großzügigen Außenanlagen. Sowohl Gebäude als auch Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die im Dachgeschoss gelegene Wohnung ist bequem mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die ausreichend groß bemessenen Fenster der 1. Ebene geben den Blick auf das eindrucksvolle Panorama frei. Beim Aufenthalt im Wohnraum sind das Meer und die angrenzenden außergewöhnlichen Orte und Küsten allgegenwärtig. Der außenliegende und großzügig bemessene PKW-Stellplatz ist optimal an die Straße angebunden. Ortskern, Hauptstrand und Markthalle sind bequem in rd. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zusätzlich besteht vom Garten aus ein direkter Zugang zu einem weiteren Strand und zu einer der schönsten Uferpromenaden, die sich beidseitig um Fußwege entlang von Steilküsten mit grandiosen Aussichten verlängert. Wir haben unseren 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt genossen und können die Wohnung aus den genannten Gründen bestens weiterempfehlen. Walburga und Helmut Paulin

Un lujo de estancia

El apartamento está fenomenal, muy cómodo y bien equipado, en un sitio privilegiado. Pero lo que es impagable son las vistas: cada mañana despertar con la bahía repleta de barquitos sobre un mar azul, con Saint-Malo al fondo, no tiene precio. Además era formidable la salida a la playa dando un breve paseo por un bonito y cuidado jardín, y acceder al paseo “Claro de Luna”. Un lujo de sitio. La señora Dominique que nos recibió era encantadora y nos dio muchos buenos consejos. Nuestro agradecimiento al Sr. Roche por poner a nuestra disposición una propiedad tan estupenda, que recomendamos a quien quiera visitar Bretaña desde la bella ciudad de Dinard.

Une belle découverte

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé, extrêmement propre et parfaitement agencé. Dominique nous a bien reçus (avec une bouteille de cidre bio !) et la sortie s'est faite harmonieusement. Quel bonheur d'aller nous baigner à pied en traversant le parc, et de jouir de toutes les commodités proches. Dinard est vraiment une belle destination ! Seul bémol, mais tout à fait gérable : le bruit de la route toute proche qui était parfois fort, surtout en soirée.

Dinard havre de paix

Très bel appartement dans une magnifique résidence près de la Plage du Prieuré. L’Accueil très chaleureux de Dominique combiné aux prestations du logement avec sa vue sur mer époustouflante, ont participé à rendre notre séjour à Dinard exceptionnel pour cette semaine de vacances de l’ascension. Positiv: + sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin. + alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben + perfekte Lage zum Strand und schnelle Anbindung für Ausflüge in die Umgebung + toller Ausblick über Park und Bucht bis St. Malo + wenige Fußminuten bis zur Boulangerie + Zentrum, Hauptstrand und Markt fußläufig erreichbar + Wasserbus (Fähre) nach St. Malo nur wenige Minuten an der Strandpromenade entlang + wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen an der Küste entlang kleine Einschränkung: - für groß gewachsene Menschen, wie uns etwas zu schmales Bett (+ soll aber im Herbst gegen eine Nummer größer ausgetauscht werden) Fazit: Wunderbarer Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder!

De toute beauté

la vue du balcon permet d'embrasser Saint Malo et ses remparts, la presqu'ile d'Alet, La tour Solidor et Saint Servan et l'entrée de la baie de Rance. Avec un soleil aux éclairages toujours changeants. Sublime.
