Résidence Marie Diane - Laurier des Bois

The Marie Diane residence is a complex of furnished apartments located in Propriano in Southern Corsica. Its many amenities, such as the swimming pool and children’s playground, make it an ideal destination for family holidays or romantic getaways.

Laurier des Bois is a comfortable, air-conditioned two-room apartment that sleeps 2 to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor of a complex of four apartments and offers a pleasant view across the fields to the sea.

This functional and pleasant apartment consists of a bedroom with a 160-cm-wide double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed that converts into two 80x190-cm single beds or a 140x190-cm double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
It features a particularly spacious, covered, and furnished terrace.
This apartment also has the advantage of a private garden (in front of the terrace) and a reserved parking space located right next to the apartment.

Both the living room and the kitchen open onto the terrace and the outdoors.

It is equipped with free internet access (or Wi-Fi).

The pool is open starting in mid-May.


You’ll appreciate its quiet location, yet it’s only 600 metres from town, 1 km from the beaches and water sports, 1 km from two supermarkets, and 250 metres from a sports complex and municipal tennis courts.

Upon arrival, you’ll need to pay a security deposit of €200 and, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax.
Pets are allowed; a €50 surcharge will be charged upon arrival.
