Halfway between Sartène and Propriano, in the middle of a park of olive trees, you will be housed in a granite building which is the stone of the region.<br>Only 6 km from the sea, in the Rizzanèse plain, our property will offer you a panoramic view of Sartène and the Aiguilles de Bavella.<br>The Gulf of Valinco with its paradisiacal beaches and the richness of its landscapes make our region an ideal destination for your holidays.<br><br>The accommodation is duplex with a part on the ground floor with a private outdoor space and a reserved parking space just in front.<br>The outdoor area is equipped with a relaxation area with garden furniture and parasol or shade sail to appreciate the calm of the place and the sweetness of the evenings and a dining area with table and chairs as well as a barbecue that will allow you to enjoy the sun and good grills. <br>It is ideally designed to accommodate 6 people. There is the possibility of accommodating two people in the ClicClac (In this case the interior volume will be slightly restricted due to the opening of the sofa).<br>It has WIFI access and air conditioning.<br>The kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave oven and a fridge with freezer compartment. You will also find small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster) as well as everything you need to cook (crockery, pots, pans, etc.). The accommodation also has a dishwasher and a washing machine. <br>The ground floor bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed. In the upstairs bedroom you will find 2 beds for 2 people each (including a mezzanine bed). <br>In the living area you will find a 130 cm sofa bed and a TV and a fireplace.<br>In the bathroom you will find sink, shower and toilet<br>WIFI access is free and available throughout the building.<br>Our building houses several accommodation for holidaymakers but each accommodation is private and independent.<br>We are located in the countryside, between Sartène and Propriano. There is no public transport. Personal vehicle essential.<br><br>Other information to note<br>1- Linen (sheets and towels) is included.<br>2- We do not charge a cleaning fee, therefore the end-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. A cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival and returned on departure if the accommodation is left clean. <br>Stay up to 14 days: cleaning deposit 100 €<br>Stays of more than 14 days: cleaning deposit 120 €<br>This must be paid at the end of the day by French bank cheque or cash. We do not take bank cards.<br>- Possibility of taking an "End of stay cleaning" option: To be requested and paid on arrival. Rate aligned with the cleaning deposit (if the customer takes the cleaning option, he will not be asked to pay the deposit)<br>3- The installation of tents, swimming pools or paddling pools, regardless of size or capacity, in outdoor spaces is prohibited.<br>4-- The charging of electric vehicles on the electrical installation of the dwelling is prohibited.<br>5- Large families: or groups: Several independent accommodation in the same building, do not hesitate to enquire.<br>6- - Our accommodation is available throughout the year.<br>7- -Animals not allowed (regardless of breed or size)<br><br>Exchanges with travellers<br>- We are present nearby, do not hesitate to contact us for any request for information.<br>- Tourist information is available in the accommodation but we will be happy to inform you. <br>- We produce our own olive oil, from the trees around you<br>- We also offer the loan of baby equipment (cot, high chair, etc.) on request and within the limit of available stocks (to be reserved free of charge) as well as the possibility of renting baby linen (sheets and towel)<br>Arrival procedure: <br>I am available on site to welcome guests. <br>When you arrive at the property, give me a quick phone call and I will come and welcome you and settle you in.
