- Living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, sofa bed sleeping 2, blanket), opening onto a South-West-facing terrace with views over the residence garden (garden furniture)
- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchennette (4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave)
- Cabin bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm, blankets)
- Shower room with WC

Shared bicycle and windsurf board storage
Parking Space No. 5 (access via Avenue des Goélands)
One pet allowed with extra charge (5€/day)

The apartment is on the first floor on the entrance side, and on the garden level on the terrace side.

Utility charge extra (35€/week) except from 23 May to 26 September 2026.
