great holiday' place

A rationally equipped house, we liked the location so much - close to the beach and quiet, a lot of nice places near here. It is good for couples or for families. You like it more if you are a bike lover. Thank you for your hospitality.

Die Küche war sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet, super Kühl- u. Gefrierschrank, viel Stauraum, sehr schönes Bad mit ebenfalls sehr viel Stauraum, Wohn-/Esszimmer sehr gemütlich. Wlan war sehr gut. Streaming war problemlos möglich. Es ist ein altes, renoviertes Haus am Meer - da ist der teilweise muffige Geruch üblich. Wir und unser Hund haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings ist die Zwischenwand zum Nachbarn sehr dünn. Man hört dessen kleine Hunde häufig bellen und auch weitere Geräusche. Das Hoftor muss manuell aufgeschoben werden, da der Antrieb defekt ist. Das Haus liegt an einer Verbindungsstraße zwischen 2 Orten, die aber nachts sehr ruhig war. Der Strand ist super schnell zu erreichen. Leider gab es als wir dort waren sehr viel Seegras welches auch nicht gut roch. Der Hundestrand ist bei Flut sehr klein. Bei Ebbe kann man in den Nachbarort laufen. Isabelle, die Concierge, war super freundlich, immer sofort erreichbar, als die Heizung nicht ging hat sie sofort einen Monteur beauftragt, der auch pünktlich am nächsten Tag kam und die Heizung wieder in Gang brachte. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Der Check-In und Out lief über Schlüsselbox, was sehr praktisch war. Der Ort an sich ist ganz schön. Es gibt einen Supermarkt, 2 Bäckereien, 2 Parks, einer davon mit einem Walskelett, Spielplatz und ein paar Tieren, eine tolle Strandpromenade mit schöner Seebrücke. Die Gegend ist perfekt um die Landungssträne zu erkunden.

Très bon séjour en famille chez Ariane. Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes des plages et du centre ville à pieds.Logement confortable et propre.Facilité de discussion avec la propriétaire et conciergerie qui ont été arrangeants. Tout petit bémol sur le tarif de la mise à disposition de serviettes , torchon et linge de bain pour un court séjour, qui nous semble élevé.Autrement rien à dire ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à Luc sur Mer chez Ariane !

Un séjour formidable grâce à la villa somptueuse D'Ariane.Magnifiquement, bien placée au bord de l'océan.Chaque matin, avec notre petit fils de 7 ans, nous descendions le petit chemin et en 3 minutes nous pratiquions la pêche à pieds grâce aux marées.C'est un endroit époustouflant de grandeur... La plage de sable de Luc sur mer est grande et son bord de mer regorge de restaurants de produits locaux plus sympas les uns que les autres, avec une animation musicale et danse libre sur la place... mais également celle de Ouistreham est à recommander pour le char à voile, entouré de manège, de jeux d'enfants, de crêpes, gaufres beignets et churros, glace, pizza.. Tout est sur place et j'en oubli... La maison d'Ariane est belle, bien aménagée, extérieur et intérieur avec de grands espaces. Tout confort et plus. Vraiment de vraies vacances. Merci également à Isabelle et son mari, les gestionnaires sur place qui sont des personnes dynamiques, sympathiques et qui suivent les besoins en tout du client.Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Leuk verblijf nabij de zee

Het verblijf is leuk ingericht. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, net zoals de badkamer. Zowel boven als beneden is er een apart toilet, wat zeer handig is. De keuken is goed uitgerust. Ook bevindt zich hier een grote koelkast en diepvries. In de kelder vind je al het poetsmateriaal, een wasmachine en droogkast. Misschien ook handig om een kleine hoeveelheid allesreiniger te plaatsen bij het poetsmateriaal. De tuin is ruim, maar was bij ons verblijf erg onderkomen. Veel onkruid, waaronder ook grassen die kunnen ingroeien bij honden. Ook was de doorgang via de poort moeilijker met het onkruid. Het verblijf is volledig en hoog omheind dus zeer ideaal als je met een hond en/of kind reist. Enkel is er een klein stukje omheining naar de garage onder het huis wat beschadigd.

Le gite d'Ariane, la propriétaire, correspond parfaitement au descriptif qui en est fait sur le site. La proximité et la facilité d'accès à la mer sont évidemment un énorme avantage (maximum 100 m de marche). Seul l'extérieur pourrait être amélioré. Je tiens aussi à remercier Isabelle de la conciergerie de Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, notre contact sur place, pour sa disponibilité et flexibilité. A revisiter sans hésiter.

Une excellente location

Nous avons été très bien informés par La Conciergerie. La maison est bien conçue et dans un état impeccable. Belle cuisine et salle de bain. Bien isolée, on n'entend pas la route côtière.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Ort ist zauberhaft. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Markise im Außenbereich funktioniert leider nicht. Die Informationen zur Müllentsorgung waren nicht verständlich für uns und nur auf französisch.

Super Urlaub mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Die Lage zum Strand und zum Ort ist ideal. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr schön, der aktuelle Zustand ist allerdings leider nicht perfekt (Vorgarten ungepflegt, Stockflecken im Schlafzimmer, kein Spülmaschinensalz, etc.), lässt sich aber sicher verbessern. Unschön waren dann die in der Annonce und im Vertrag nicht angegebenen zusätzlichen Reinigungskosten von stattlichen 60 Euro. Daher keine 5 Sterne, 4 Sterne sind es aber auf jeden Fall.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette maison très bien située par rapport à la plage et au centre avec un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons trouvé un logement propre et pratique. Idéal pour un séjour avec un animal : cour bien sécurisée.

Maison agréable à 100 m de la plage

Maison très agréable avec un bon emplacement à 100 m de la mer . Très propre à notre arrivée, joliment décoré, cuisine bien équipée, petit jardin avec des massifs de fleurs et grande terrasse. Nous avons passés un très bon sejour de 4 jours en famille. Néanmoins il faudrait refaire un petit coin pelouse à l'extérieur, revoir l'ouverture du portail automatique, changer le store extérieur, prévoir des patères dans la salle de douche rien pour accrocher ses affaires,il manque 2 saladiers supplémentaires et une machine à expresso. Merci à Isabelle( conciergerie) pour les renseignements pratiques à l'arrivée dommage que nous n'ayons pu la rencontrer!!! Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette location en espérant que les modifications seront faite d'ici là!! Nous avons passés un très bon séjour sous le soleil.
