The view is amazing. We loved our stay and would have loved to stay longer. Being able to stay at the penthouse was a highlight. It also has an elevator, small but does its job.

Well located apartment in Albigny close to the lake and a good selection of shops and cafes. The apartment had a lovely view over the Imperial Palace and to the lake and mountains. Parking was also a bonus. Unfortunately, the apartment is in need of a bit of love - door handle hanging off, balcony awning not working, kitchen cabinet broken, paint peeling off walls, and a washing machine that cannot be used as it causes flooding to the apartments downstairs. The balcony was also quite dirty with a 'For Sale' sign tied on with string. I do think the owner could also have been more thoughtful about amenities such as handwash (wasn't provided), dishwashing liquid (bottle empty but had been filled up with a bit of water), shower gel bottles 1/4 full etc... We ended up having to purchase them at the supermarket, but left these for the next guests. If you're looking for a well-located apartment with a great view and are willing to overlook some imperfections then you'll be happy here.
