About this property

L’Amédée - Appt à 500m du lac

We propose to you to the rent, in Annecy, this charming apartment at 500 meters of the lake, of a surface of 72 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 32 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower). We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 32 m² with double sofa bed, TV, Wifi (optical fiber), dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200) with adjoining bathroom with shower and double sink, towel dryer
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with adjoining bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of 2.5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Annecy, in a very pleasant environment, close to both the old town and the lake. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Gardens of Europe at 500m
- Downtown at 500m
- Geneva at 40km

L’Amédée "We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Great location 5 mins walk from the Lake, town and stations. The apartment was modern and a good layout. Kitchen was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Aurelien met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful and walked us across to the private parking which was an added bonus. It was unusual to us to have 2 en-suite shower rooms without w.c.’s and then 1 single w.c. off the hall but the system worked ok. What beautiful surroundings in Annecy with lots of lovely restaurants and things to do - we had a wonderful time. O would highly recommend this apartment and visiting Annecy."

L’Amédée "L’appartement correspond bien à la description. Assez vaste, lumineux, propre et proche à la fois du lac et de la ville. Le garage privé est appréciable. Le seul inconvénient en été est l’absence de climatisation ou de ventilateurs car il fait extrêmement chaud. De plus, la rue est bruyante alors étant contraint de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, cela est très incommodant pour le sommeil. Par ailleurs, la location des draps en supplément est un point décevant… Donc, c est un super appart hors des périodes de chaleur. Très bon contact avec Thomas de l’agence."
