Pas d’interlocuteur fiable…. Pas de disponibilité sérieuse en cas de problème. L’agence de location « blue house » à éviter absolument !…

This guest did not communicate their arrival, did not call or text any of our numbers. We tried to reach her on the arrival day and she refused our help. Through out the stay we were always in contact whenever she needed but in the end she wanted us to pay for an hotel. Extremely unpleasant conversation, although advised not to bring a car the guest struggled to park and to reach the apartment.
