Apartment on the 1st floor, has no direct garden access

Good location, the beautiful lake and the attractive mountainous surroundings easy to explore by car. The apartment has interesting old furniture but modern, functional electrical appliances, also good mattresses !

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der hübschen Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut zwischen See und Stadt gelegen. Betten waren in Ordnung, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut Ausgestattet. Für uns persönlich war die Strasse etwas zu laut.

Une location avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Une semaine très chaude dans la ville d'Aix les Bains. L'appartement mériterait d'être moins chargé à notre avis, il convient parfaitement à un séjour en famille.

L‘appartement est bien placé le magasin spar est à 30 m. et le lac á 10 mn. á pieds. S‘était vraime.

Baignade est visite d‘Annecy, tour du lac et visite de Chanaz.

Villa très confortable, très bonne literie, située à 15 minutes de port à pied . Très bien équipée . Notre hôte laisse beaucoup de matériel, produits à disposition (sel huile vinaigre ...)

Court séjour, bien agréable même si un peu chaud

Appartement très bien placé dans Aix, C'est une maison divisée en 2, et les locataires a l'année qui occupent l'appartement du dessus sont calmes et très gentils. Le jardin est spacieux et très bien entretenu. Très agréable pour prendre les repas. La décoration est ancienne, la maison est propre. La clim nous a manqué, car nous étions là en pleine canicule. Un seul ventilateur pour tout le logement..

Location parfaite

L’appartement de Mme Montel est très propre, bien situé avec des commerces à proximité (superette, boulangerie, pharmacie), à 15 mn à pied du lac et du centre-ville, très bien équipé. Le jardin est également bien agréable. Nous étions avec deux enfants de 3 et 5 ans et l’appartement leur est tout à fait adapté. La procédure d’arrivée et la communication avec la propriétaire sont très fluides. Aix les Bains est une jolie ville très agréable. Aux alentours, Annecy et Chambéry valent également le détour. Nous vous recommandons cette location. Kim et Julien

Bon séjour

Logement très propre, bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux. A proximité du lac et du centre ville, permet de se déplacer à pied. Stationnement facile dans la rue. Séjour agréable malgré une météo très mitigée.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle était propre, bien équipée, le jardin est très bien entretenu. Il y a de la place pour se garer à l’intérieur mais également à l’extérieur. Très bonne adresse.

Logement pratique, bien situé, très fonctionnel et loueur très agréable

Logement situé au calme mais à proximité du lac du Bourget. Bien équipé, avec une propriétaire très prévenante. Endroit très propre, literie confortable. La météo capricieuse du mois de mai en temps de covid ne nous a pas permis d’exploiter pleinement des expéditions possibles dans les environs, mais nous n’avons tout de même pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer. Très bon séjour en résumé
