Deluxe Two Bedroom Partial Ocean View Luana Kai Resort B307

Unit B307 with AC is a deluxe, two bedroom two bathroom. It has a partial ocean view and courtyard view with tiki torches at night.  B307 has a full wall mirror in the living room. A mix of carpet and tile graces the floors. The furnishings are rattan and wood. The master bathroom has been redone with glass doors and a tiled shower. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled. AC in each bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms. There is a king bed in the downstairs bedroom, a Queen bed in the upstairs loft bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room.

Pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts. 

NO elevators so you walk up 3 flights of stairs.
FREE parking

Great place with few small updates needed.

Overall, the place was great for our stay. Furnishings seem out dated but were still nice. Some of the finishings upstairs were lacking and seemed rushed; the trim worked was not complete and as a person that pays attention to detail, this was something I noticed everyday.

Awesome unit in right location

We had a great time in this unit. Nice view of the ocean with 2 minutes walk to the beach! Nice big balcony! We didn’t have to use the A/C at all. The Kihei area shopping was just a mile away! All in all we loved the stay and the unit is exactly how it is described in VRBO.

Very happy with the condo and grounds. I however do not like the extra charge for air conditioning. The next door Vrbo condos do not charge extra for AC. For the cost for two weeks, AC should be included.

We are happy your enjoyed your stay. There are other owners who charge more per day and "include" the a/c. Not everyone wants to use the a/c so there is no need for them to pay for it. Certain times of the year, the weather is very cool and is a/c is really not needed. We have researched and the way we charge for it is cheaper than paying a higher daily rate. :-)

Overall a great spot

We really enjoyed this spot. Awesome location and the condo was perfect for our needs. I would say the space surpassed our expectations. Breakfast on the balcony was very nice. Check in instruction were sent a bit late in our opinion but the check in process was very easy! Overall a treat if a spot

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.
