Large family home in a quiet location 10 minutes from the beach

Recent house of 150 m² in ecological materials with a garden of 800 m², walking distance from the village and the small station of Ploemel which serves the stations of Auray and Quiberon.
Quiet environment on the edge of the forest, 10 minutes by car from the beaches.

We prefer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

The accommodation
The house can accommodate 8 people. It is our main house and we offer it for rent during the summer period. It has some traces of life and is very comfortable for family holidays.

The house comprises:

On the ground floor:
- a large room of 60 m² including an open kitchen with central island (with oven, fridge, small freezer, gas hob, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), a large dining table and a living room.
- a comfortable TV room
- a shower room
- WC
- a room that is not accessible.

On the 1st floor:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 x 140 cm and 1 x 160 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 1/2 single bed (130 cm)
- 1 bathroom with sink, bath and toilet

On the 2nd floor under the eaves:
- 1 open bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- 1 open game piece

You can have a travel cot on request.

We specify that we do not provide sheets, tea towels, bath towels.

Outside:
A large garden with trees with a small bucolic pond (fish, frogs, dragonflies and water lilies!), a chicken coop with 2 pullets that will give you good eggs, a small aromatic garden... It is equipped with a south-facing terrace partly covered, an outdoor dining table, a plancha.
A private car park that can accommodate 2 vehicles is at your disposal.

We also have a very cuddly cat used to children. She sleeps outside and we will ask you to feed her every day (we make the kibble available to you).
