A breath of fresh air in a rural setting, this former workshop welcomes you for nature holidays with family or friends, near the beaches and at the foot of the cycle path for magnificent walks in the forest.
Only 2 kms from the village with all amenities, Castets is 20 minutes from the ocean and Dax, 15 minutes from Lake Léon, 35 minutes from Bayonne, 1 hour from Spain and 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux.
This 85 m² barn, on a 1000 m² wooded plot, has 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 140 + bunk bed of 90) which allow a bed of 6 people (travel cot + cane stroller available on request).
Available: Bathroom with shower and sink + washing machine
Open kitchen equipped (fridge, induction, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle...)
Separate WC
Living room with sofa and flat screen TV + DVD player
Comfortable rental with air conditioning and electric heating (metre reading to avoid overconsumption).
Parking spaces.
Outdoor terrace overlooking the unfenced grounds with outdoor table, garden furniture and barbecue.
Sheets provided as well as tea towels and bath mats (towels not provided but possibility to ask for an additional 10 euros to be paid directly on site).
Cleaning fee: €60 (optional depending on needs) to be paid directly on site.
Non-smoking cottage.
Small pets accepted under certain conditions (please note that the land is not fenced).
Summer season (July-August): €980 per week, rentable from Saturday to Saturday
Other seasons (September to June): 70 euros per night, flexible dates, minimum 2 nights
