CARNAC 3-room duplex apartment (approx. 55m²) for 6 people in the family-friendly and functional "Les Reflets" residence with swimming pool:

Entrance into south-facing living room (TV), kitchenette (washing machine, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, toaster), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, duvets, TV), bathroom, separate WC.

Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom (2 bunk beds, 2 double beds, duvets, TV).

South-facing balcony with garden furniture.

Small pets allowed (supplement of €5/day)
2 Parking spaces No. 15 - Swimming pool (June 15th to September 15th)
Electricity charges are extra except from May 30th to September 19th, 2026.

Good location, but expensive for what it is

On the positive side, the apartment was clean and is well located - a 5-minute walk from the beach in a quiet location. The apartment is fairly small, with 1 separate bedroom and another bedroom on top of the main room. It's OK but seems expensive for what it is.

Très bon emplacement et pièce de vie très agréable. La mezzanine est sonore et mal isolée lorsque la température monte un peu. L'équipement de la cuisine n'est pas forcément adapté aux nombres de convives attendus et pas homogène. En synthèse, un logement agréable mais onéreux au regard des prestations.
