You can enjoy the "Bobinot", a large 163 m2 apartment located on the edge of the old town, 300 m from the 12th century castle (Contemporary Art Centre), and yet quiet with a breathtaking view of the Ardèche valley and the mountains!<br>Accessible to people with reduced mobility (access ramp, toilets, etc.)<br>Shops, bar, restaurant... are 2 steps away.<br>Please note that no parking is available on the property.<br>A staircase gives access to a summer veranda and terraces with trees (faïsses)<br>The accommodation has 2 toilets, 1 toilet and a shower room equipped with 2 shower heads.<br>Distribution of beds:<br>2 bedrooms with double beds (140), 1 mezzanine, large closed room with 1 double bed (140), 1 2-seater futon (140), and 1 single bed (90). The 10th and 11th beds are possible in 1 sofa bed of 140 located in the living room.<br>We offer this superb apartment at the fairest price. This is why by default we do not provide sheets or towels. Travellers must bring sheets, pillowcases (50 x 70) and towels. (In case of difficulty, contact us)<br>For the same reason, we do not charge a cleaning fee. We thank you for leaving the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness and tidiness in which you found it when you arrived.<br>We will ask you on arrival for a deposit check in the amount of 800€.<br>During your stay, a show can take place at La BOBINE, on the garden level. The Bo'bar is then open and receives the public (1 to 2 times a month). The path and the courtyard must then be free of any activity and vehicle from 2 p.m.<br>Convivial parties, with family or friends are of course possible, but we ask you to avoid noise pollution in the area after 1 a.m., and to treat the equipment and premises with care in all circumstances.
