😎🏜️ <br>NEW Beautiful Relaxed Elegant Retreat.2330 sf 4b3b.

Thank you Mark for being the perfect guest.

Mary Ellen and her 4 friends we're great guests. I would very much welcome them back. Glad they had a great time and enjoyed their vacation. Left the house in great condition. Followed all the rules. I hope to see you back

Thank you Tom for the nice review. I'm glad you had a great time while you were on vacation. Thank you for leaving the house in such great condition. I wish VRBO would allow us to leave a written review instead of just the five-star review. Other hosts should be able to read how great of a host you were. Instead of just a five star rating. Definitely welcome back here anytime.

Thank you Nick for the 5 star review. Glad you had a wonderful vacation. You are welcome back to my vacation home anytime.

Thank you Levi For the review. Thank you for taking such great care of my house while you're here. Hope your son is enjoying his first few days at college. You're welcome back here to stay anytime

Kind of disappointed in your view with the four Star. The house as always is very clean up on checking in and the location of the property is exactly as I say it is as well as the property itself. I work very hard to get that five star review, that shows me the guests had a great time and love the house. I am very disappointed in the four star rating.

Kevin and Brooke Thank you for that very nice review. I really enjoyed meeting both of you. Of all of the wonderful guests I've had stay here, you both were by far the best guests I've had. Just a wonderful couple. Took very good care of the house and left it very very clean. Not sure if they use the grills but couldn't tell because they were very clean. Backyard area look great. I was so impressed with both of them. Hope to see you soon. You are welcome back here anytime. Perfect perfect guests.

Thank you Michelle. for some reason the new VRBO owners app will not allow me to write anything, just give star rating. What I wanted to say in the review was you were wonderful wonderful guests. You left the house very clean, I appreciated it very much.. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the outdoor pool area. I do hope to see you soon, with your sons this time. You are welcome back here anytime. You have my number. I look forward to your next visit. Again sorry I couldn't give you a raving review Other than the 5 star rating

Lanae and John we're wonderful guests. Rented the house for a month and did not have any problems at all with them. They left the house very clean and followed all the rules. Would be great guests for any host. I would welcome back both of them anytime. Hopefully I'll see them again. I try to always take care of my guests. My main concern is making their vacation the best it can be.

Thank you Reed for a wonderful review. I actually really do care if you had a great time or not. The worst thing is to spend a lot of money on a vacation and have it turn out not the way you wanted. I work very hard to make sure that never happens. Glad you and your family had a great time while you're in Arizona. I hope it's warm back in Minnesota. Hopefully you didn't have any big delays. The house was left in great condition. I really appreciate that thank you. You and your family are welcome back to my vacation home anytime. I would without a doubt recommend you to any host that has the chance to have you as their guest. Thank you for the great communication. Thank you again Reid for being such a great guests. VRBO does not allow, as host to write a detailed review, only a review using the five stars. I hope people read this and see why I gave you a five-star on everything. Because you and your family deserved it.

there was a wind storm the day you came. AC was working fine. If he wanted it turned down he should have asked. And he did and I turned it down as soon as he did. Communication - none Houses by no means dated. There were two people you had 15 towels, how many towels do two people need. You heard of it washer and dryer haven't you? I asked you several times how everything was, and you said great every time. I have record of that. If it wasn't you should have told me. That's what communication is. Something That you did not give at all. Everyone that has ever stayed at this house has Loved it. Read my reviews. It's by far not outdated. I'll brand new furniture in the last 4 years. Definitely not outdated. You knew what you were renting by the pictures and the long long description of my property. If it wasn't to your satisfaction you should not have not rented for me. What did you think, I was going to change and all the furniture? It was going to be different when you got here.? Did you expect the host to change all the furniture for you? That's not possible and you know it. I will be asking for this to be removed as it is complete misrepresentation of my property.

Paul, First off I want to thank you for being such a great guest to have. You help me out with a couple things of that house even though I wish not far away. I appreciate that so much. Had absolutely no problem with Paul and his family and they kept the house looking very very good. If they use the grills, it sure didn't look like it . Everything outside is recovered. And inside the Great. Thank you so much for taking great care of my house. I welcome your niece and her family to stay at the property. As for you and your family you're welcome here anytime. 100% I recommend you to others. Perfect guest to have. Just a sideline, I'm so glad your wife loved it as I promised her it would. Thank you again for choosing my place for your vacation home, because I know you have a lot of other places to choose from. It really does mean a lot to me. not just in it for just the money. I truly do care that I guests have a great vacation

Jolene and Jeff Thank you so much for the wonderful review. You are welcome back to my vacation home anytime. Hope you do come back. I worked very hard to get my vacation home to be perfect. Only Hi End furnishings would do. I love this house every time I walk in and I'm sure you will too. What Jim and Jolene wrote, I could not describe the property any better. They must have loved it to say such nice things. I appreciate so much when I get a guest that appreciates the details and quality that I have put into this house. And yes it is a great deal as they said. Other places that offer similar homes are 30-40% or more. You have to see this beautiful home to appreciate it. Thank you for being such thoughtful and wonderful guests Jolene and Jeff. I truly hope to have you stay again.

Florencia and her family were great guests. Followed all the rules and kept very good care of my house. Previous guests prior to her did not follow any rules and had huge parties. It was such a pleasure to host Florencia and her family after the previous guests. They're exactly what you want as a guest for your vacation home. So happy to hear that they had a great time and got to spend time with their family in Phoenix and see their grandson. That's what it's all about. They are welcome back here anytime. Great communication and respected the house. If you get a chance to host Florencia and her family, don't hesitate. They will take care of your place.

Thank you Mark for leaving a review. Yes you are correct there is a $79 damage protection insurance charge for up to $3,000 in damage.non refundable. The $79 goes to the insurance company not to me. Or you may choose to do a security damage deposit for $3,000. That is refundable. Or you also may choose to not have any damage insurance or security deposit. I personally would not rent to anybody that did that, and I don't think a lot of other hosts would either. Please try to understand that we as hosts are renting out our homes to somebody we don't even know anything about. Unfortunate VRBO does not offer host any protection other than the refundable or non-refundable damage protection I have stated above. Unlike the other site. Sorry you had to wait so long for the hot tub to heat up. I do actually turn it down when guests leaves or ask them to do it. No need to heat a hot tub when nobody's there. But yes it should be able to be used when you arrive. Thank you again Mark for your comments about the house. I appreciate it.

Ken was such a wonderful guest to have stay at my vacation rental. Communication with him was wonderful. Anybody that has the opportunity to rent their vacation rental to Ken would be very very thankful they did.

Holly and her family were fantastic. Her communication with me was amazing. Something any hope for wish to have. They're welcome back to my house anytime and I hope they do. And I truly do mean that.

Thank you Don for the wonderful review. You are welcome back here anytime. I hope you were able to use the misting machine to keep cool. You did much more at check out than I was expecting anyone to do. You are the perfect guest.
