20280 N 52nd Dr. Glendale, AZ 85308 This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on a Private lake in Glendale. There is a great view of the lake from the master bedroom suite or the backyard and patio. Sit in the pool and relax while enjoying the lake view. Or, fish from your private boat dock. You can also cruise the lake in a private pedal boat (life preservers provided).

Hint, if you're thinking of a longer stay booking for 30 days lowers lodging taxes by about 8%, it becomes a long term stay. 29 days will not get the reduction, it has to be 30 days.

The well designed, split floor plan is great for families, couples, or business groups. The Great Room has a gas fireplace, 65 inch HDTV mounted over fireplace and a DVD player. Eat-in Kitchen comes equipped with coffee maker, blender, mixer, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc.

Master bedroom suite has a king sized bed and a large master bath featuring a separate shower and garden tub. Second and third bedrooms include queen sized beds. Just completely re-furnished with everything in the house new and fresh. Mattresses, linens, appliances, outside furniture, everything!!!

All three bedrooms feature pillow-top mattresses, ceiling fans and walk-in closets. Home has free high speed wireless internet (so bring your laptops) Outside also features a pedal boat and life preservers, a fenced pool, gas barbeque, covered patio with furniture, and private boat dock.

We are conveniently located near the 101 freeway with easy access to Sky Harbor Airport and numerous activities including public golf courses, Cardinals Stadium, Westgate, Spring Training Stadiums, shopping, and restaurants.

The previous owners had this house on VRBO and set the bar pretty high judging by their reviews. We'll do our best to keep up the high standards. We take pride in providing a clean, fresh place for you to enjoy. Everything in the house is new. We hope you'll like it.

The house was very comfortable, inviting and we loved it being on the lake. My son caught a good sized large mouth bass (so that was fun) and we paddled around in the paddle boat. We slept great and hosts were very accommodating, all in all we loved it.

Great spot on the lake

Craig was very accommodating, and his place was perfect for my son and me. Close to Peoria sports complex so only 15 min drive. Very clean house and the amenities were excellent.

Perfect size, great location to stay at (easy access). Pool was nice to have in hot AZ summer. Place nicely equipped, didn't have to look for anything. Would be a great place to stay again.

Great location!! Check in was a breeze. Communication with the owner was great. The house is very well stocked. Any appliance you could think of for the kitchen was there. The pool was perfect. The master bedroom and bath is very spacious. We had two evenings of lightning storms which were great to watch off the back patio. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Great house on the lake.

Everything was excellent except the leg-biting bugs living in the pedal boat. Ate us alive while we fished. Otherwise the house, the supplies and the setting were absolutely excellent.

Mother's Day Visit

We came to Arizona to spend time and Mother's Day with my children and grandchildren who all live there. The house was beautiful and stocked with essentials. We cooked and ate meals there and had a great time visiting. The grandchildren loved fishing, feeding the ducks and the pool. We may visit there again.

Lovely lake side home

This is a beautiful and well equipped home. We came for spring training and found it 15-50 minutes from all the stadiums. Nice quiet clean neighborhood too.

Two generation vacation

We were very pleased with the fully equipped home for our stay. The kitchen has everything you need. Waffle maker was a hit with my two granddaughters. The host goes above and beyond to make the location feel like home.
