Pleasant and comfortable holiday rental 1 km from the sea between Saint-Malo and Cancale. On the ground floor: - a living room with lounge furniture (armchairs) and a kitchenette. Upstairs: - a spacious mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm), - a shower room with toilet. Electric heating. Outside: - private area with garden furniture (wooden table) and a barbecue, - parking outside the cottage. On the Emerald Coast, less than a kilometer from the sea and Anse Duguesclin beach, near the coastal path, this semi-detached cottage is located in a renovated stone farmhouse. Outside, you'll appreciate the small terrace with a wooden table and barbecue for relaxing moments. The village of Saint-Coulomb is a 2-kilometer walk away. Fancy seeing the sea? Put on your walking shoes; access to Anse du Guesclin beach, just 1.2 kilometers from the cottage, is via a footpath. Cancale is 4 kilometers away and Saint-Malo is 15 kilometers away.

Das Häuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Petitesse, die zu verbessern wäre: in der Dusche gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen, das ist nicht sehr praktisch. Und die Lampe im Wohnzimmer hängt für große Leute sehr tief und ungünstig.Ansonsten war alles ganz wunderbar. Auch die Lage ist gut, nicht weit zum Meer oder nach Cancale, wo es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Auch zum Mint Saint Michel oder nach Saint Malo ist es nicht weit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche
