Localisation très calme, située en hauteur, beau panorama et beaux espaces. Magnifique piscine à débordement qui donne sur le beau panorama. Nombreux transats au bord de la piscine ainsi qu’une douche. La maison est grande et bien équipée notamment la cuisine, présence d’une machine à laver et d’un lave-vaisselle, deux salons (un au rez de chaussée et un à l’étage). Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est agréable. Présence de la climatisation dans les pièces. Emplacement agréable pour manger dehors, beaucoup de place pour stationner.

Wonderful stay in Umbria

With a large party of 10 the house and amenities accommodated us with ease. I would heartily recommend this villa, it’s pool and location. We all had a lovely stay which will stay in our memories. A shout out to Alessandro who made the stay easy and trouble free …thank you v much. Without a doubt will will return

Superbe et agréable

Vacances formidables en Ombrie. Le cadre est très calme et agréable. La maison est propre et très bien entretenue, la piscine et le jardin également. Le propriétaire est disponible et très sympathique. Un vrai moment de bonheur.

A wonderful house , garden and swimming pool.

House is very big, clean and beautiful, ideal for a big group of friends or some families. Kitchen was equiped perfectly. Every day you had a chance to look at beautiful ceramics from the nearby Deruta. The house is situated on the hill, so the view from the pool is heart-breaking.The swimming pool was being cleaned every day. The hosts were thoughtful and very helpful. Now, I'm at my home for two weeks and I`m still missing this quiet and peace of the place, which was offered. I hope that I can come back there once again. Umbria was the seventh region we visited in Italy and I can say the most beutiful. Simply charming place.

Il valore della bellezza

Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque giorni, a Pasqua di quest’anno, nel casolare dell’Elce. Ci siamo stati in 12 (tre famiglie di amici). La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutti i confort, accogliente e calda. E’ perfetta se cercate tranquillità e allo stesso tempo la bellezza della convivialità tra amici. Anche l’esterno aiuta in questo, con il bel patio, il grande tavolo di quercia ed il giardino (peccato che il periodo non permettesse ancora l’uso della piscina). Il signor Andrea è un anfitrione perfetto ci ha accolto con cordialità vera, disponibile ad ogni esigenza od imprevisto, ed allo stesso tempo con discrezione. La posizione della villa permette di raggiungere la maggior parte dei principali paesi e città della regione in tempi brevi e si trova comunque in una zona tranquillissima: uscite di casa fate pochi passi e trovate un’edicola votiva con una Madonna splendida, un minuscolo sacrario che ricorda i caduti delle guerre del vicino paese, qualche pecora e lo spettacolo continuo degli ulivi e delle vigne. A proposito di vino, Montefalco a meno di mezz’ora di auto è un piccolo gioiello.
