True one bedroom. Unlike most of the oceanfront properties, you do not walk into the bedroom, but to the kitchen/living room area. You can access the balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. This is a spacious corner unit, the biggest floorplan in the bldg. to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

No need to look any further!!! Patricia Grand Resort's 4th-floor corner suite has recently been remodeled. This is the most expansive floorplan in the entire structure. It can accommodate up to 8 people (2 queen size beds in the bedroom as a full-size murphy bed in the living room). When you don't feel like going out, the new full kitchen with a granite countertop is sufficient enough to allow you to create homemade meals. A large and elegant living room is ideal for unwinding after a long day, socializing with friends and family, and creating lifelong memories!

One problem

The trash can was not cleaned out after emptying contents. It took a day to figure out what the smell was, it had the entry smelling like rotten chicken. I couldn’t find the source the first day, thought it was the frig or something behind it.

We rented this 4th floor condo. It was perfect!! Clean comfortable and great location. Beds and pillows comfortable. Murphy bed in living room was great to have. Definitely would rent again. Great communication

Terrible -Renter Beware

Upon arrival all seemed ok until we went in the bed room and noticed how hot it was . The system displayed an error code right from the beginning of our stay. A service man came late the ne xt day to tell us yup it was broken and he could not fix it. A specialist was needed and one never came. Only after calling and calling this management company Gosia Cooke were we offered a fan the night before leaving. Please note it was Myrtle beach in August. It was very hot . Totally UNACCEPTABLE . I called upon returning g and was told they agreed it wasn’t ok but never heard back so they blew me off ! Never again ! VRBO customer support person told me I had to deal with the management group so my vacation was taken over by dealing with this drama and nothing was ever done! Terrible customer service and false advertisement. Could have chosen one of many other properties not a u it with broken air conditioning. So disappointed. Then there are the ants Infesting the kitchen . I saw one trap behind the coffee pot. GROSS.. never again!

Absolutely unacceptable experience/accommodations DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

Upon arrival, Gosia (the host) was quick to respond. We felt our experience was going to be a good one. When we arrived to our first room (we had to be moved due to unacceptable accommodations in the first room. Our A/C wasn’t working and the room was 86 degrees. It was extremely humid and we dreaded going to sleep let alone staying in our room due to the discomfort. The host sent over an ac unit but when installed, the hose that’s supposed to be placed outside was directed back into our room making it EVEN HOTTER! The conclusion to this issue was to hang up a card board box in our patio door with duct tape and a gap in between it which my small dog could escape out of and fall to the ground from the 17th floor. Both of our rooms had an issue with bugs. This complex is old, not well maintained and filthy. The hotel itself was unacceptable. The place is filthy and there is a plethora of disgusting things I could mention, like for instance, the booger on the elevator button that was there the entire time we were and not once was anything wiped down or cleaned up. The room itself had an ant problem that had ruined some of the snacks we bought to enjoy throughout our trip— including my dog food which I didn’t bring much of since I didn’t know that we would be sharing with critters. The pool was absolutely repulsive as was their hot tub. The water was full of sand and snot from kids and the water had a murky yellow and brownish tone to it but most importantly, this building is not upkept properly and it is disgusting and unacceptable to mislead your guests in the way our host did. Our room was beat up. Filth everywhere and we even found a big clump of human hair in our Murphy bed. Don’t even get me started on the bed sheets which had a thread count of zero and felt like sleeping on sand paper. We have requested to speak directly to the host but she refuses to call us back to discuss so leaving a review is the only option so future vacations arent ruined like our was and cut short due to the awful arrangements and misleading ads created by this realty group. We left two days early and our entire trip was soured from the beginning. We were busy making phone calls to get our problems worked out rather than enjoying ourselves and our trip was cut short due to all of these things. However, I’m not finished! We were told there was parking available— GOOD LUCK! We went on a goose hunt every night for a spot to no avail. PASS THIS ONE UP!
