The property has two large heated pools, Jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, putting green, a play ground along with picnic tables and charcoal grill and direct access to the nature preserve next door. This one bedroom one bath is a beautiful, clean, upgraded, ground floor unit (No Stairs). The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The unit has a full kitchen w/all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.
