Riverfront Home Away from Home

Enjoy peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets from the patio or the deck of our private dock. In the evening, relax under the stars in the hot tub! This cozy, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath riverfront home sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8. Bathrooms and Kitchen have been updated with all the conviences of home including a gas stainless steel stove, microwave, and a large stainless refrigerator. In addition, a Laundry room with a washer and dryer and internet are included.
Ample parking for 3 cars.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Heaven on Earth

Quiet, cozy, comfortable home away from home. Peaceful surrounding. A great place to refresh, revive, rest and rejuvenate. This was our second visit. Would hope to come back sometime.

Christmas Vacation

Stayed at this property in 21 and again in 22. A few hiccups but would certainly stay again,house is in same neighborhood as my sister n law which makes it very convenient 😀 to visit.

Overall experience was great. We stayed in January and it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved the heat lights in master bath. We had a bit of trouble with the furnace regulating the heat for first couple days but then it was fine. The hot tub wasn’t the cleanest and the cover and holder were pretty broken down

Prefect for what we needed!

Nice location on the river, quiet and relaxing on the large outdoor patio. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Comfortable beds and two separate living areas. Could use a little more detailed cleaning. Owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions. We would stay again.

Great place to stay on the Colorado River. It was nicely accommodated with a terrific porch and hot tub overlooking the river. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Boring

The neighborhood was noisy and not much to do. The pool was closed, the hot tub was so chlorinated you were white when you got out. The patio was inches away from the neighbors. It did not work well for us. And there was a sewer smell in the unit when we first arrived.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a special place to share with our children and grandchildren so after many years of visiting Parker it was time to make it our place!

What makes this property unique

Although most people think of the river for summer boating, it’s really a great place All year around. The view is fabulous, especially sitting in the hot tub at sunset! Mornings on the dock drinking coffee are perfect for peaceful meditation or conversations. Enjoy fishing? Wake up and cast your line!
