Would you like to spend your holiday in the heart of a Regional Nature Park? Located in Arradon in the Gulf of Morbihan, this house welcomes you with family or friends for a holiday in Brittany. Its modern, minimalist decor and large picture windows make it a pleasant place to stay year-round. You’ll love its large terrace, perfect for enjoying time together on summer evenings.

A tastefully furnished 115 m² home in Arradon with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. Located near the sea, it features a fenced-in garden, a 100 m² terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue, an iron, Wi-Fi internet access, gas heating, and an outdoor parking space on the property (additional parking spaces are available near the house). The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a citrus juicer.
Upstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with a 160cm bed and two bedrooms with 140cm beds.
There is a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The house is non-smoking.
No pets allowed.
Cleaning is included in the price.

Parties are not permitted as the house is located in a quiet residential area.

Nous venons d y séjourner deux semaines. La situation est idéale pour sillonner tout le Morbihan.La maison est dans un endroit calme et l annonce est parfaitement en adéquation. Nous y avons de plus très bien dormi! L accueil a été parfait et la communication au top!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. L'espace extérieur est très bien aussi. Quartier très calme et proche des supermarchés. Point central pour découvrir le golfe du Morbihan.

Belle maison récente et tout confort, endroit paisible et arboré, de quoi passer d'excellentes vacances.Un petit coup de griffe pour la municipalité qui n'assure un ramassage des poubelles vraiment trop parcimonieux. Manque de budget sans doute pour ce territoire défavorisé qu'est le Golf du Morbihan.
