Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath (4th floor) end unit located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed, twin convertible chair, ceiling fan, blackout drapes, cable TV. Master bathroom - double sink vanity, over sized walk in shower. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, ceiling fan, cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination with single vanity. Living room features Queen sleeper sofa, electric contemporary fireplace, ceiling fan, cable TV.

Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances.. coffee maker, k-cup brewer, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in

This property was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked—with cookware, utensils, crockpots, pots and pans, and even sheet trays—making it easy to prepare meals. The unit was spotless and very well maintained. This is now our new favorite place to stay! We had such a great time and definitely plan to return in the future.

The host communications regarding the property was excellent. The property was safe and clean. The condo was immaculate. Every room was amazingly decorated with up to date furnishings, and everything was very clean! The host thought of everything, dishes etc. All you have to do is show up. We will be returning for future vacations, and extended stays. We absolutely recommend this place with 5 stars in all categories.

Xmas and NewYears

We stayed from December 23rd till January 2nd. The property was spotless when we arrived. Had every amenity we could even dream of needing. The kitchen alone had more utensils than we have at home. The balcony was amazing and very spacious. This is a property that we will definitely consider renting again. Never had any problems at all. The view and beach area are amazing. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great Property!

Condo is exactly as advertised and VERY clean! Outside of some rif raf noise/party at 11PM - 1 AM in a unit above us and 4 condos over that was so loud it rumbled the ceiling.....BUT they were evicted the next day. There is a quiet time in the building from 10PM - AM so the management addressed this party right away. The rest of our time there was great and we plan to return in the future. Beautiful beach, view, and a big deck outside the living area and the MBR. Definitely recommend!

Modern Beachfront Escape

Really nice beachfront unit with modern furnishings and a fully equipt kitchen with all that you will need to cook great meals. Beds were soooooo comfy if you like plush bedding. Beach views were lovely from the 4th floor living room and master bedroom. Loved the easy beach access and 2 beach chair and umbrella set up that came with the unit every day of our vacation at no extra cost. Make sure to go down to the beach early when you arrive to reserve your chairs for your entire beach stay. Building is located near many restaurants, grocery stores, activities and there was no traffic ever when we visited in mid to late August. Management was excellent and very helpful. Will def return!! Just GO!! You wont regret it!

The kitchen was a little small without the hall wall removed like some other units but it was equipped with anything and everything needed to cook in. Loved the bar and patio furniture. Only criticism I have is the TV in the Den did not receive the full cable channel line up that the two bedrooms picked up. Notably local channels, ESPN, GOLF, FOX, WEATHER CHANNEL. Other than that, we enjoyed the unit very much.

One of the most beautifully decorated and abundantly well equipped condos we've ever stayed in! Literally has everything you need and more! Super clean, tons of room and privacy between the master and the and bedroom, huge living room and open kitchen, floor to ceiling windows with front row views of the ocean! Gaated property that is very private but also centrally located to all things Destin. Check in and departure were seamless and the custtomer service at Your Assistant was imprccable. Can't say enough good things about this condo or this experience!12/10 would definitely stay again!

Family Fun Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th week long trip staying at Breakers East, as usual it was spectacular and hard to leave! Each stay we have been in a different unit and you won’t be disappointed with any of them and this newly remodeled unit is gorgeous. We have found all the units to be setup with everything you would need if parking it at your room and not leaving is your thing. We enjoy a short walk out the front door each morning for Dunkin’s or Starbucks and then to our balcony for spectacular views and dolphin watching each morning. Breakers is secured with a front gate and plenty of parking. The grounds has a pool, tennis/ pickle ball courts, shuffle board, grilling area and most units come with the beach chair set up. If your unit doesn’t have the set up the beach service is just steps onto the beach, I highly recommend you have the chair/ umbrella setup and waiting for you each morning. If 401 is available book it today you won’t be disappointed!

It had everything you need including a beach setup. Great views of the gulf and beautiful weather.The only negative point I have to bring up was that one elevator was closed for renovation and was very inconvenient..
