Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 1202 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 12 th floor of the Breakers East building.

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom- king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bedroom-(2)queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; living room-queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; separate freestanding ice machine; full size washer & dryer in the condo. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates includes beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in

Beautiful beach stay

The reservation process was easy and accommodating. The condo was decorated nicely, very clean, included all items needed for a perfect stay. Furnishings were an upgrade to most condos we jave stayed in recently.

This is the best and cleanest condo we have stayed at in Destin! The condo and the property are extremely well appointed with everything you would need and more! We also loved it was a smaller complex so the beach and pool were never too full. Our property manager made everything easy and seamless!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

1st time in Destin

We loved the condo! The location and ease of getting to the beach was amazing. Loved having the beach set up included. Our balcony gave us great views. The dolphins sure put on a show!!!

Best family trip!

Breakers East was perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and other attractions was within walking distance. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We stayed on the 12th floor where we could see dolphins every morning. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the master bedroom gets very hot and stuffy at night. No fan to move air. Other than that it was a great stay

Although building seemed to be an older building, it was maintained well. We appreciated several things this unit offered: beach towels, 2 beach chairs with unit, the Keurig coffee maker, plenty of bath towels, well stocked kitchen. The property manager’s communication and service was very excellent and appreciated. The only negative of the unit was the king size bed was very uncomfortable.

Perfect location and space

Place is perfect!! The location could not get any better. Everything is gated so it keeps the beach less crowded. No public beach access which is great. Condo is updated and clean with the best view from the top floor! We will definitely be back!!!

Impeccable Property!

Loved the location within Destin! Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and right on the most beautiful beach! The gated property with security on sight was a plus. Our condo was large and comfortable for the four adults and was very well appointed with furnishings and decor. One the nicest aspect of this condo was the balcony and the deck seating which were extremely comfortable and allowed for many hours of watching the waves and beach activities. Will definitely look for openings at this property on our next visit to Destin!

2023 Spring Break

This was an AMAZING experience! Will definitely be going back! Communication was FABULOUS, condo was beautiful and perfect location! Only 2 little things but won’t deter us from going back, elevators are extremely slow and the floor throughout the condo was filthy even after we cleaned it! But still give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We decided, after being unhappy for some time, to look elsewhere for accommodations. We have been staying at Breaker's East now for 4-5 years and we LOVE IT! The condos are so big and each one is beach facing rooms. We love the experience of working with Your Assistant at the Beach and Erica Manley in particular. She makes the entire experience and vacation easy and worry free!

Very Nice Stay

We really enjoyed our sister get-away at this condo. Close enough to drive to lots of things. Shops and food also within walking distance. Easy parking. A large balcony with stunning views of the ocean. Comfortable beds, spacious living area and large kitchen all very clean. We also had no issues with the elevators as reported in some reviews. The one thing we were missing were a few condiments especially salt and pepper, We grocery shopped before going to the condo and in previously rented condos, at least some condiments were provided. Just a suggestion. Connie also was easy to work with and answered all my questions promptly.
