Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 1202 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 12 th floor of the Breakers East building.

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom- king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bedroom-(2)queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; living room-queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; separate freestanding ice machine; full size washer & dryer in the condo. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates includes beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in

We loved our stay. It was the perfect location. We loved waking up on the water and getting to see the dolphins every day. My only complaint, would be some of the pillows on the couch were dirty and the floor was pretty dirty and sandy when we got there. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.

Although building seemed to be an older building, it was maintained well. We appreciated several things this unit offered: beach towels, 2 beach chairs with unit, the Keurig coffee maker, plenty of bath towels, well stocked kitchen.
