After three long years, we finally had one of our family vacations, the SPI Rentals staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The Penthouse was perfectly equipped with essentials, meeting our every need. The ample number of bedrooms and full bathrooms were key factors in our selection. Beautiful Penthouse Condo! Sleep a ton of people comfortably. Could use some large pots, baking sheet to allow for cooking for 20 people. Having beach towels provided would be appreciated. This is the 1st Beach condo where we had to bring our own and that’s a hassle for those traveling by air. Views are amazing!

A Beautiful Home Away from Home

We had this beautiful place for a week to call our home! And everything you could possibly need to make your own meals was at the house! Beautiful kitchen, with a fantastic views! And everything was decently clean!

Our group of 10 "older ladies" simply loved this rental property and have rated it a "10" in every way. Not only that, we have found that dealing with SPI Rentals is an easy process. Great views, nice grounds and pool. Very comfortable.

The property was as advertised, and the views and balconies were great. The pool and grounds were nice, and the beach access was easy. The layout was great, with bedrooms separated from the living areas, and very comfortable all around for our group. Kitchen was well equipped.

Our penthouse was clean and comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed quiet sleep and beautiful views and beach access. The pool was clean and comfortable and the whole property was kept clean and well maintained. The penthouse itself has been remodeled and is modern and bright.

Togetherness with privacy as well.

We lived this property for a family reunion. Beautiful view with easy access to the beach. Enough room for all of us to be together and yet we each had our bedroom and bathroom. We happened to hit good weather and it was fantastic!

Amazing! Will definitely stay again.

The place was amazing. We had multiple families stay and it did not feel crowded. The house was exactly as described and great access to the beach! Perfect vacation spot for our family! Everything was clean with plenty of extra bedding and pillows. Communication with host was quick and easy, We would definitely stay here again. :)

Breathtaking view!

The penthouse was amazing. It was very clean spacious and came with all amenities needed. It accommodated my big family well as well as provided us with a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed the pool as well. Would highly recommend!

The place was very spacious with plenty of room and bathrooms. The theater room was a big plus. They also were very accommodating with a later check out. I'll definitely rent Aquarius Penthouse#3 again.

I went with 20 people. More than enough room for everyone. Stunning property and very clean. Exterior of building was a little run down but once you’re in the penthouse, it’s like a dream. 10/10

Clean and spacious, gorgeous views

Gorgeous views of both the Gulf and the Bay, all at the same time, from the very spacious living area with multiple balconies. Check-in and check-out were easy, and minor technical issues resolved quickly and efficiently. The unit was very clean and spacious, great for extended families or large groups. Our only critique was that in the bedrooms, while there was plenty of hanging space for clothes, there was a notable absence of drawer space.

Great place

We loved this place. The view was fantastic. Plenty of room for our party to spread out and not be on top of each other. The espresso machine was such a fun bonus. I had never used one before, but quickly learned on YouTube and spent the week making lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas for everyone. Loved this place!
