This "Tropical Paradise" is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. This is the quiet and family oriented end of Panama city Beach. This "Tropical Paradise" is a great family vacation spot to make memories that will last lifetime. It is a 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath family dream house. One of the bathroom offers a Jacuzzi Bathtub for 2. It can easily make for a great family vacation or a romantic getaway for those wanting privacy. It will accommodate a large family or invite others to join you and split the cost.

The outside is easily accessible without disturbing others. The side and back yards are fenced in with the pool in the same area. Step right off of the porch and step right on the pool deck. So you can lounge around the pool and still watch children playing in the yard while grilling out and making memories.

HERE IS AN UPDATE ON THIS PROPERTY AS OF NOVEMBER 2021 WE HAVE BEEN DOING A LOT OF UPGRADES AND UPDATING TOTHE PROPERTY. HERE ARE A FEW, THE SOFA AND LOVESEAT AND OTHER LIVING ROOM FURNITURE HAVE BEEN UPGRADED WITH ALL NEW ONES. ALL NEW APPLIANCES HAVE ALSO BEEN INSTALLED, THE GRANITE KITHCHEN COUNTER TOPS. CABINETS HAVE BEEN REDONE. THE HARDWOOD FLOORS HAVE ALSO BEEN RESURFACED. THE DOWN STAIRS AND UPSTAIRES HAVE ALSO BEEN REPAINTED. NEW PICTURES WILL BE POSTED AS SOON AS ALL WORK IS COMPLETED, THIS SHOULD BE DONE AROUND THE MIDDLE TO THE END OF JANUARY 2022.

Loved this place!

My friends and I stayed here during our spring break and had a fantastic experience! The neighborhood was quiet, super close to the beach, had great common spaces to make tons of memories! Not to mention it’s walking distance from a Dunkin Donuts and Walgreens!

Couldn’t recommend this property more, the owner was SO easy to get in touch with and the location was perfect! Beach wasn’t crowded at all and the pool in the back yard was so nice, wasn’t super fair from pier park and bars. Can’t wait to be back!

We stayed for Jeep jam and it was great! Close enough to everything but far enough away from the late night craziness of the strep. Plenty of room for us all, was able to use the garage which was great for the sudden rains with jeep top off. Looking forward to the next trip

We had a great stay, the house is beautiful but does need some updating nothing major. The pool needs a light inside the pool to light it up as it was hard to see the bottom and i stepped on a rock that was at the bottom. The host was amazing he communicated very well and responded quickly to any needs. It right across from the beach which was so nice and convenient! We will be back!! Thank you so much

Nice home just outside of PCB...away from the large crowds which is what we wanted. Easy walk to beach. Gated community. Upstairs bedroom was warm at night when door was closed otherwise a perfect place to stay. We will be planning future trips here.

We had a wonderful time on our visit to Sunnyside. The house had been updated and location to beach was perfect. Kitchen could have had additional items to make cooking at the house easier but not a huge problem as we ate out many meals.

Perfect vacation!

This was my first time to Panama City Beach. My family and I loved everything about the house and beach. House is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Beach was only a few steps away. We loved the pool. Beds are super comfortable. The owner was so nice and helpful. We may just make this our yearly vacation house.

Why they chose this property

This property is located directly across the street from the beach and the beach access (#95). It is located on the more desirable west end of Panama City Beach. This is the quite, family oriented part of Panama City Beach. No busy road to cross, no hi rises to contend with and all the people that come along with them. Just good family fun.

What makes this property unique

Property has private pool and back yard for the kids to play in and the family to enjoy there time together. Also located in a gated community of only 45 properties.
