Simple

Overall the place was great. The pool was very nice and convenient. Location was great for us for the price. The grill was nice to have! “bring a grill brush” Huge Pros: Pool!! Grill Location “few blocks off beach but great with golf cart” Couple things to look into for owner/Itrip: Basic Maintenance -had no dish towels -countertop ice maker was nasty! Has not been clean!!! -floor spreading apart in multiple places -no plug to charge a golf cart in the front -lack of pans to cook, pans were big enough to cook for one person - kept fighting the google nest thermostat to keep a constant temp -plugs in living room and back porch not working -raccoon living in open crawl space -*just lack of maintenance* be easy to get it where it should be 5 out of 5 stars for price and location! Even with some of the things listed above, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. Slept 6 of us just fine “3 adults and 3 kids”.
