About this property

Very warm and comfortable with great mountain views, large terrace and garden

Guests have exclusive use of the whole property.
Underfloor heating and log fire. Traditional alpine chalet recently renovated but retaining a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.
4 bedrooms all with new comfortable beds and quality linen duvets and blankets. Sleeps 4-8 in 2 doubles and 2 twin/doubles. One of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine above the living area.
There is underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner so the chalet is always warm. 2 bathrooms with baths and hand showers. 2 separate toilets. The garage acts as a ski and boot room and for other storage.
Large balcony and outside terrace with BBQ, tables and seating for 8.
Very nice private mature garden and great views all around the chalet up to the waterfall that cascades down behind the chalet, Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi.
Linen and towels are included in the price.
Wood for the fire is provided at no extra cost.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked. For our family of five with grown children, it was very spacious. The view from the porch was stunning; it was tempting to stay there all day. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely come again!

perfect mountain get away

We loved this chalet. Warm and cozy, well appointed. Easy access to hiking trails and lifts. Close to Chamonix. We already want to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the chalet. Easy access to trails/lifts and back to Chamonix, but with the quiet of being outside of town. The chalet deck has great views and it was tempting to spend time at the chalet instead of out on the trails. We did a lot of walking without a car (15 mins to train, 20 mins to grocery, each way), but we still preferred not dealing with a car. We already want to come back!

Super joli chalet, belle bulle d’air frais dans ce petit coin un peu reculé mais super paisible.Chalet très bien entretenu, belle cuisinière adaptée pour 8 personnes. Literie agréable, salle de bain moderne et jolie. Super séjour !

L’emplacement et le chalet était parfait, quelques petits bémols Cependant, la télévision fonctionnait très mal et la télécommande pas du tout l’insert avait une poignée qui tombait tout le temps et qui n’était pas fixée. quant au deux salle d’eau, il n’y avait pas de par douche pour les éclaboussures et les pomme s de douche n’avait pas de fixation.

Belle région

Chalet bien exposé. Très belle vue et endroit très agréable. On ne se lasse pas de regarder aux alentours. Visite de l'aiguille du Mont Blanc et de la mr de glace impeccable. Et beaucoup d'endroit pour randonner. Très bon séjour.

Fijne chalet in rustige wijk aan vier van Mont Blanc

We genoten met de kinderen van een aangenaam verblijf met haardvuur en goede bedden. Ongeveer 8min met de wagen van de ski lift. Mooie chalet, mis wel douche , er zijn wel 2 ligbaden.

Wunderschönes Chalet

Sehr schönes Chalet in ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, mit viel Platz. Wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt, super Kommunikation. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Chalet très agréable, de part sa localisation et son agencement.

Le chalet correspond à l'annonce et apporte toute satisfaction. Les seuls points à améliorer concernent la vaisselle, du moins les ustensiles de cuisine et les plats en nombre insuffisants ; de même, pour un séjour en montagne, il serait agréable de disposer d'un four à raclette et de quoi faire une fondue. En définitive, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce chalet pour de prochaines vacances ! A conseiller pour son bon rapport qualité / prix et sa localisation.

What makes this property unique

WOOD BURNER INSTRUCTIONS:

When you first light the wood burner please:

1. Chop up the logs into small lengths using the axe and chopping block provided by the wood pile.

2. VERY IMPORTANT! Turn on the fan! The fan controls are located on the wall next to the wood burner. The fan comes on automatically when the door of the burner is closed, if this does not happen turn the fan on with the dial control on the wall.

2. Open the vent.

3. Use the wood wool to light the fire, DO NOT use paper or cardboard but only firelighters (provided).

4. If you use the wood burner correctly you should not have any black staining of the glass. DO NOT put round or large logs on at any time, always split them into smaller lengths.
