Great house and perfect location

I rented this house for a week in January with 5 friends. The house is charming and in a great location. Julien and his family is very sweet and helpful and I would highly recommend this house.

OK, but smelly

Nice house that needs an update, small rooms and very outdated bathrooms. Basement was smelly (drain wasn't thight). Nice kitchen. Charged my 50 euro for not emptying the bins?? Not a place I would go back to.

Le chalet est très bien placé au praz, a 4 minutes de chamonix en train, et 10 en bus. Les remontées sont à 5 minutes, avec de belles randonnées au départ du haut. Le chalet est bien équipé, tant la cuisine complètement refaite, que les chambres et coins à vivre. Cet été nous avons mangé dehors dans le jardin tous les soirs.C’était plus que parfait pour nous, et Marine a été disponible chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin (pas souvent c’est vrai).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : le chalet est très bien situé pour les skieurs comme pour les randonneurs, avec une vue sur le Mont Blanc. Facile à vivre il est très bien équipé. L’accueil est particulièrement chaleureux et réactif

Nice and Cozy

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, sauber und es hat ales reibungslos funktioniert. Man kann das ein oder andere an Renovierungen langsam in Angriff nehmen. Es sieht allerdings so aus, dass sie sich langsam vorarbeiten. Als Überraschung steht im Keller eine Tischtennisplatte. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und kommen gerne wieder

Charming Chalet in Les Praz

Charming large chalet. Relatively basic but spacious and with everything you need. Bedding and towels can be provided on request, as can a baby cot. Large garden and lovely views of the Mt Blanc mountain range.
