Gîte, 2*, air conditioned, in a peaceful setting between olive trees and pool

Welcome to Les Dryades gites!
In this green setting, absolute calm reigns.
The gîtes have been built around this 18th century Provencal bastidon on 1.5 hectares of unfenced land. The bastide is divided into 4 adjoining accomodations.
You will enjoy the gardens, the swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-October) overlooking the olive trees and the petanque area shared with the other three gîtes.
Each accommodation has its own entrance and private terrace, with no face-to-face.

This gîte, 2*, has two private terraces that are not overlooked or disturbed.
Access is via a staircase.

It is a spacious 80m2 duplex flat, fully air-conditioned, comprising:
1 comfortable living/dining room with TV, books and board games
1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen
1 bedroom with double bed (140*200) and dressing room
1 shower room / wc
First floor:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190)
1 children's bedroom with washbasin
The staircase to the first floor is a little steep.

Outside, you have :
1 south-east-facing terrace with garden furniture
1 terrace with access to the garden and a gas barbecue for your grills
1 parking space

Your dog is welcome if it does not sleep in the beds and if it does not belong to categories 1 and 2. For these categories, please ask me beforehand.

As far as activities are concerned, the charming villages of Villecroze and its caves, Tourtour and Sillans la Cascade are all within a 15-minute radius. The waterfall is also a 35-minute walk away.
The Sainte Croix and Quinson lakes and the entrance to the Gorges du Verdon are within 30 minutes.
The Mediterranean Sea is an hour's drive away.
