Enjoy the Costa del Sol from a newly refreshed duplex penthouse in Riviera del Sol, close to the beach and overlooking Miraflores Golf Course. The apartment is within easy reach of Malaga, Malaga Airport, Marbella and La Cala de Mijas, making it a practical base for family holidays, golf trips, beach days and longer stays.
The apartment is arranged over two split levels. Downstairs, there is a comfortable living and dining area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an additional double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs, the mezzanine room works beautifully as a second lounge or an additional bedroom with a double sofa bed, and has its own separate newly refurbished bathroom.
The private roof terrace is the standout feature. At almost 80 square metres, it wraps around the upper level on three sides, giving you space for all-day sun as well as a removable covered area for shade. With a built-in BBQ, outdoor dining space and views across Miraflores Golf Course, it is ideal for long lunches, relaxed evenings and winter sunbathing.
Inside, the apartment is well equipped for an easy stay, with good Wi-Fi, modern air conditioning/heating, washing machine, microwave, TV/DVD downstairs and an additional TV/DVD upstairs. Guests also have access to a lovely shared pool area surrounded by gardens, with sun loungers and parasols, plus an underground parking space.
Riviera del Sol is a popular holiday base centred around Miraflores Golf Course, with bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities nearby. Amenities are approximately 1.5 km away, and La Cala de Mijas is a short drive away for beaches, restaurants, markets and a more traditional village feel.

We were drawn to Riviera del Sol because it offers so much for families throughout the year: beautiful weather, great food, beaches, golf, tennis, lovely nearby towns and plenty of activities for all ages. It’s a place where we can relax, enjoy simple family time and make the most of everything the Costa del Sol has to offer.
We hope guests enjoy the apartment and the area as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this apartment because it gives us the best of the Costa del Sol: a peaceful setting overlooking Miraflores Golf Course, yet close to beaches, restaurants, shops and some of the area’s loveliest towns.
The apartment itself immediately stood out for its space, light and terraces. It feels quiet and private, with beautiful views from both the lower terrace and the large roof terrace, but it is still very easy to reach Malaga Airport, Marbella, La Cala de Mijas and the coast.
For us, it was important to have somewhere that worked for real family holidays: enough room for everyone to relax, flexible sleeping space, a lovely pool area and a roof terrace made for BBQs, long meals and evenings together. It is the kind of place where you can do as much or as little as you like, which is exactly what we love about it.

What makes this property unique

What makes our apartment special is the combination of space, privacy and outdoor living. The large private roof terrace is a real highlight, with almost 80 square metres of space for sunbathing, outdoor dining, BBQs and relaxed evenings overlooking Miraflores Golf Course.
Inside, the duplex layout gives everyone room to spread out, with comfortable living space downstairs and a flexible mezzanine room upstairs that can be used as a second lounge or an additional bedroom. With three bathrooms, modern air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, underground parking and access to the shared pool and gardens, the apartment works beautifully for families, couples and longer stays.
It is peaceful and quiet, yet close to the beach, restaurants, shops, La Cala de Mijas, Marbella, Málaga and Málaga Airport, so guests can enjoy both relaxation and easy access to everything the Costa del Sol has to offer.
