Unit A331 has been professionally designed with the beach in mind. Decorated in wonderful shades of tropical greens and blues this unit offers many amenities. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beautiful Escape

I would stay here again . Very clean and had all the amenities we needed in the condo and on the property . The o ly thing that would be a little nicer is more sleeping pillows on the beds and thicker blankets . Other than that it was perfect . It doesn’t show in the pictures but you can see the oxen feom this big balcony !

Great location

While I loved the location, the rooms themselves weren’t clean, no extra bedding for the pull out couch, there was way appeared to be dog pee on the fake plant and dried to the floor by the TV, the TV and cable in the second room didn’t work. Over all needed some TLC, luckily the kids wanted to run between pool and beach and didn’t notice the rest.

Florida Fun

Our recent trip to Florida was great and Waterscape A331 definitely did not disappoint. The condo was roomy and well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The only thing missing was a beach view from the balcony but we’d definitely book the unit again!

Clean, easy access

Amazingly CLEAN place with convenient garage access. Pools are a short walk. Beautiful beach access. Felt very private inside the condo and the family loved it. Easiest loading and unloading by parking on same level which was also a great time-saver for errands and for items stowed in the car. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our beach getaway. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The only minor complaints would be there weren’t any non stick pans, there weren’t any throw rugs so it was so sandy after the beach, and there weren’t beach toys or chairs or anything to take down and lastly the location of the unit was in the parking garage. With all that being said we had a great time at the pools and beach. The splash pad was perfect for our little guys!

Awesome place to stay

We absolutely loved A331 at waterscape. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to eat, shop and all the fun things on the beach. The only time we left was the first day to grocery shop. The kids loved the pool, lazy river, hot tubs and splash pad. The beach was a little crowded, but as long as you claim your chairs early you'll have a great place all day to relax on the beach. I definitely recommend this place for a vacation. We will be back year after year from now on.

Very Basic

We have stayed in many condos before and this one was very basic. The Waterscape grounds were nice, but this unit was worn and in the need of some updating. The furniture has been “well used” and is showing it. The elevator closest to our unit was broken, which was a pain because we were on the 3rd floor. We will likely stay at waterscape again, just not this unit.

Great kid-friendly community, clean condo

I was very happy with Waterscape. Lots of activities for the kids (ages 3 & 4) to switch between, very clean, great access to the beach. Only not giving it 5 stars because I was a bit disappointed the unit didn't have sand/pool toys (I've typically had these available in storage closets), no plastic bowls or plates for the kids, & no storage containers. Those all are critical for families with little ones who are flying & not driving. Otherwise, a great place to vacation!

Bad location, worn furniture and terrible view

The location of this unit is simply bad. The front door in basically in the parking garage. The furniture in the living room and kitchen is very worn. Fan blades on the ceiling fans were dirty. One of the cabinet doors was broken and hanging off when we checked in. The view is of the neighboring hotel parking lot and you hear traffic all the time. Also you get woken up all the time from car alarms going off in the parking garage. We rented another unit on the 6th floor that was not facing the garage and was in a protected, nicely carpeted hallway like a normal hotel. It was 10X better than this unit.

Great for kids

This was, in all, a nice condo. The rooms were large and there was a lot of space to move around. This place had everything we needed. They were very responsive when I needed something and it was a great location.
