This was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The pool area kept our kids entertained for hours, and the amenities were great. The rental was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! Would highly recommend this rental to other families.

I cannot begin to put into words how amazing this stay at Waterscape has been. Gretchen and Wayne’s condo was the perfect headquarters for our family’s vacation this year.Gretchen was informative and communicative during the entire process. This place had so much room for a family of 7 with 5 kids ranging from 4-15.Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware to use if you plan to eat in. The beach chairs per each condo were a true blessing and such an amazing added benefit!Look forward to visiting in the years to come!

We had a great time at this condo! Communication with the host was great and the condo had everything we needed for a family beach trip. We really enjoyed the waterscape property. The pools were amazing and the beach was just a short walk away. The chair and umbrella service was nice so we didn’t have to bring chairs or shade with us to the beach. Between the condo and the property/beach we really never left except for food (which we had really good food nearby!). The parking location is also ideal as it’s in a covered garage and only a few steps from the condo front door. We would definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at C404! Everything was incredibly clean, nice, comfy, and just perfect. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed. The best were comfy. They even supplied quality shampoo and conditioner. One of the best perks are the chairs and umbrella rental included with your stay. The room is right next to the parking garage making it so easy to access your vehicle. Gretchen was excellent with communication and so kind. We cannot wait to return!

This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend with toddlers. The resort has something for all ages. Very easy access to the beach and the way they have the chairs arranged, everyone sees the ocean. The rooms were very comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants. Tiki bar had great food and drinks, I just wish it was open later for dinner. Overall 10/10 would stay again.

Well stocked kitchen made this a perfect home away from home with dinners on the deck! Solid location and you can’t beat the ease of loading and unloading. Wish there was more seating in the living area for our family (6). And didn’t realize the guest room has a window into the hallway. Not so scenic but we just closed it for the duration of the stay!

Great location very close to plenty of great restaurants and shopping. The Gulfarium aquarium is also nearby for those interested in marine life and a good value. Impeccably decorate, clean room with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 Stars!

Great Stay!

Our family spent the week here while in town for a dance competition. The place worked perfectly for us. Very clean and spacious condo. The pools and the beach were great for the kids. Near many excellent restaurants and shops. Owners were great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Coastal and clean

Coastal and charming beachfront condo with all the amenities you need for a perfect stay. Very clean, and spacious. Condo entrance is close to parking which was nice. Large balcony overlooking the pool with some beach views. Gretchen was very quick to respond to any questions I had and is super sweet. Location is great too! Would definitely recommend!

Waterscape is a family favorite, and this unit was just what we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The location was great, the listing was exactly as described, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with supplies. The new wristbands were a bit finicky and tended to come undone easily, especially when the kids were playing. We had a wonderful week despite the resort and beach being a bit crowded—totally expected during fall break. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!
