Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks the white sands of Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. With four new artificial turf and two new hard courts as well as 6 new pickleball courts added to this world ranked tennis resort, everyone is sure to find their groove. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below.

Re-roofed in 2025, this lovely studio offers garden and mountain views with remarkable waterfalls and rainbows, stunning sunsets and more. With cooling AC, a restful memory king bed and queen sleeper sofa, remodeled bath and butler's pantry make this a great choice for your next vacation! Quiet, private, and relaxing, conveniently located close to the world famous Hanalei Bay Resort pool, tennis courts and hot tub, and just steps from the parking area. So great you will never want to leave!

The county of Kauai does not permit this studio to have a kitchen. There is only a bar fridge, coffee maker, blender and electric tea kettle.

Loved the place! Super easy to check in. Valet parking was free, I wished I knew that earlier since it's limited parking. The place is easy to get to, the beach is a beautiful spot with a full restaurant/bar right there. It's a really nice place with AC, great amenities, and the view of the flora was nice. It felt tucked away, and was very private.

For our second trip to Kauai, we knew we wanted to stay in the Princeville/Hanalei area. The Hanalei Bay Resort was the perfect place for us and our one year-old! Great access to coffee, shops, and groceries. The pool at the resort is divine! We loved hanging out on our lanai, especially birdwatching in the jungle as we enjoyed meals together as a family! The walk down to the beach is super doable for an active family like us, but the shuttles were also super convenient! We did not end up spending much time at the hideaways beach due to brown water advisory with a heavy rainfall. Overall, we loved our stay at the Hanalei Bay resort and can’t wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I loved staying here for 2 weeks. The condo was the perfect size for a couple. It was clean, attractive, and comfortable, and the surrounding resort is gorgeous and well maintained. We accidentally locked ourselves out a few times, and the front desk and maintenance were prompt and attentive with getting us back in. We loved sitting and eating on the private lanai with a gorgeous view of the tropical plants and wildlife. The resort includes a beautiful beach path to Puu Poa beach, and is also a short walk to Hideaways. Overall, a great experience and we would stay here again! One little thing- we would have liked a microwave in the room, but there is one a short walk away in the resort's community kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very modern, clean, and comfortable. Very well constructed / good materials used. The resort was even nicer than expected. We really enjoyed ourselves on this trip. Hot water never ran out, the hot tub in the resort was kept at a really nice warm temp, and there were many grills to cook on.

Near restaurant, sufficient space for two. Facilities are nice. The connected beach is pleasant but requires a steep walk to get there. They also have golf cart shuttle you may request to get up and down from beach.
