Fantastic stay

We have spent a excellent holiday! environment was great, house was perfect for a familie 4-5 pers. House is maintained very well, is well equipped and the outdoor is wonderful with an excellent swimming pool and beautiful garden. Warm welcome, good communication before and during our stay. I would highly recommend the house.

Lovely stay, with beautiful garden

We had a lovely stay! The house has everything you want but most of the time we where outside. The pool was clean and big enough to swim & play around. And the terras was beautiful and relaxing for your meals or to play a game (including some light when it went dark.The hosts where very friendly & helpfull.Overal a 10/10!

Perfect stay.

We spent 14 days at this place in may, it’s a beautiful house in the middle of a protected national park. The house, the garden and swimming pool are all well maintained. It’s at a height of 700 meter, it cools down in the evening. But with the fire place it’s very cosy. The hosts are very friendly and do speak perfect English.

Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Kleines Traumhaftes Häuschen, bei der Ankunft hat man einen ganz tollen herzlichen Fresskörbchen. Der Vermieter ist ein ganz lieber netter und sehr bemüht das alles gut ist und immer erreichbar. Nur zu Empfehlen, vielen lieben Dank

Wundervolles Häuschen mit traumhaftem Garten

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Es war Erholung pur. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem wundervollen Garten. Alles grünt und blüht. Der Pool ist einfach toll. Man kann auf den beiden Sonnenliegen prima entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Besonders freundlich sind die Gastgeber, die sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt haben. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Körbchen mit lokalen Produkten für uns bereit. Mit dem Auto kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toscana erkunden. In Poppi findet man tolle Restaurants und Geschäfte. Empfehlung: La Torricella mit tollem Panoramablick.Es stimmte einfach alles. Vielen lieben Dank an Massimiliano und seine Familie.

Marodes Häuschen in den Bergen -Preis-Leistung stimmt hier aber nicht

Leider entspricht das Häuschen nicht den beschriebenen Erwartungen.Vieles ist alt und marode, die Ausstattung unzulänglich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht annähernd. Das Sat-TV funktionierte nicht, wir konnten die EM nicht verfolgen, der Besitzer bemühte sich nach einer ganzen Woche endlich um einen Techniker, danach konnte man Fernsehkanäle nach dem Zufallsprinzip empfangen. Zwei Tage saßen wir ohne Waschbecken da, der Hahn war kaputt, das Wasser lief direkt ins Bad. Die Duschkabine war locker, die Fliegengitter kaputt, bei unserer Ankunft war die Mülltonne nicht geleert. Es gab keinen funktionierenden Korkenzieher, Bettzeug und Handtücher wurden nicht - wie angekündigt - gewechselt, das W-LAN Passwort erst nach einer Woche mitgeteilt etc. Dafür wollte der selbstgefällige Vermieter noch zusätzliche 150 € für unsere beiden Hunde, die seien ja so groß(!), anstatt uns entgegenzukommen, da wir ja teilweise ohne Fernseher und Waschbecken waren. Da gibt es in ganz Italien bessere und komfortablere Strukturen mit fairen und freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Umgebung und der Garten sind wundervoll, allerdings sehr hoch im Bergdorf Moggiona gelegen und daher mit einem Temperaturunterschied zu Poppi von mindestens 4-5°

Erholungsurlaub pur!

Das Casa Silva Camporino ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten im Nationalpark am Rande eines kleinen Dörfchens. Hier kann man prima relaxen und die Ruhe genießen! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dennoch ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und die Städte Florenz oder Pisa sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert! Wir haben hier 10 wunderbare Tage verbracht!

Wunderschönes Haus, una casa bellissima

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht in einem Haus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist und sehr schön gelegen, am Rande eines Dorfs und mitten im Nationalpark. - Abbiamo trascorso una ottima settimana in una casa benissima attrezzata, in una bella posizione, ai margini del villaggio e nel mezzo del parco nazionale.

Traumhaft auch mit Hund

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei angenehmen Temperaturen im Juni. Das Haus macht viel Spaß und man fühlt sich rundum wohl mit allem. Wir kommen gern wieder !!!

Bellissima casetta immersa nel verde

La posizione della casetta è molto bella, adiacente al bosco. Il giardino è molto curato grande e ben recintato con una bella piscina. L'interno della casa è arredato con gusto e non manca nulla. (Forse una piccola lavatrice...) Ottima posizione sia per itinerari naturalistici e città d'arte. Molto relax e verde

Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund

Die Villa ist ein Traum für Familien oder Paare mit einem oder mehreren Hunden. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bei der Ausstattung fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei jeder Frage oder jedem kleinen Problem. Leckere toskanische Gastgeschenke standen bei der Ankunft auch bereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gleich hinter dem Grundstück beginnt der riesige Nationalpark. Natürlich hat man, wenn man gleich am Wald wohnt, hier und da ein paar tierische Besucher aber unsere Hündin haben sie nicht weiter gestört. Mit 2 Stunden Autofahrt über die serpentinenreichen Straßen der Berge und über die Autobahn kommt man auch schnell an die nordöstliche Küste Italiens. Rundum ein toller Urlaub. Beim nächsten Mal mit besserem Wetter😅. Vielen Dank Massimilliano für den schönen Urlaub trotz Regen und Kälte.

Natura e relax. Perfetto.

Abbiamo passato con mio marito, nostro figlio e il nostro cane tre giorni incantevoli in questa spelndida casetta. La casa è molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort e accessorio per il soggiorno . La posizione è immersa nel verde con accesso diretto a sentieri e passeggiate. Anche il nostro cane ha potuto approfittare dello spazio in giardino . I proprietari molto disponibili e attenti ad ogni nostra richiesta e bisogno. Torneremo sicuro in estate per poter viverla nella stagione migliore. Ciao ed a presto. Sandra e famiglia 😀

Relax, natura ed accoglienza.

Relax, natura ed accoglienza che si può voler di più! Massimiliano e i suoi genitori ci hanno accolto con cordialità ed estrema gentilezza. La casa è un gioiello non manca davvero nulla e il giardino bellissimo ed attrezzato fa da corona ad un luogo naturale di quasi incontaminata bellezza il parco delle Foreste Casentinesi dove è sita la casa, sì perché la casa, così come da descrizione, è proprio ai margini di un bosco. Grazie a Massimiliano e ai suoi genitori.

Relaxing holiday in the Casentino National Park

The accommodation is excellent within easy driving distance of Poppi and Bibbiena. The local village of Moggiona and beautiful forest walks are right on your doorstep. Massimilliano and his family are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. The house is well equipped and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was so peaceful and relaxing listening to the various birds that frequent the surrounding garden and forest. We would highly recommend the property to couples and families alike .

CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Ho soggiornato due notti in questa casa immersa nel Parco del Casentino e mi sono trovata molto bene. Il luogo è ricco di silenzio, calore e comfort. La casa è grande e accogliente dotata di tutto il necessario. Il camino ha reso il nostro soggiorno magico! Il giardino è molto grande e per la nostra cagnolona si è reso perfetto (nonostante la recinzione sia in un punto poco affidabile). In cucina non mancava niente; abbiamo trovato disponibili sale, zucchero,aceto,caffè in capsule (a pagamento) e un graditissimo omaggio offerto dai padroni di casa: biscotti e schiacciata ai ciccioli.... una bontà! Consiglio questa location a famiglie,coppie e amici. È vicinissima a Camaldoli e Poppi (dove è possibile trovare supermercati ).

Netjes en een hele fijne omgeving

De woning is netjes en nog niet heel lang geleden gerenoveerd alles werkt en is zeer compleet enigste minpuntje vindt ik het 2 persoons bed maar daar zal ik het zeker nog met de eigenaar over hebben jongen spreekt goed Engels en is echt in de weer voor je hij wil het gewoon heel goed doen en dat is mooi om te zien ook een leuk ding is dat ze veel informatie over de omgeving in het huisje hebben liggen en streek producten verkopen echt een hele fijne vakantie gehad

Super dejligt sted,med skøn natur lige ved huset.

Casa e natura in perfetta armonia

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa per qualche giorno e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto tipica, con uno splendido e curato giardino, ricca di ogni comfort e avvolta dalle foreste casentinesi dove, tramite un sentiero dietro casa, ci si può avventurare e godere dell'atmosfera. Se si cerca un po' di tranquillità e silenzio questo è il posto adatto! Speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

Capodanno nel bosco

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di capodanno in questa spendida villetta completamente ristrutturata, dotata di ogni comfort. Ampio giardino con veranda e barbecue. E' situata in un luogo tranquillo e adiacente al bosco dove è possibile fare belle passeggiate tra i sentieri, sia in bici (che la casa mette a disposizione) che a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato una persona disponibile e professionale sin da subito ed è stato attento a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Speriamo di avere modo di tornarci quando farà più caldo perché il posto merita davvero!

Soggiorno magnifico

Abbiamo passato tre giorni a Casa Silvia e cosa dire....la struttura è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e i proprietari sono persone meravigliose....ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Spero di riuscire a tornare in primavera per poter sfruttare appieno lo splendido giardino.
