Typical country house for 4 guests with swimming pool set in a large estate with vineyards and fruit for the production of wine, in a very quiet, ideal for relaxing, close to the main Tuscan art cities: Florence and Arezzo just 40 km. On two levels with direct access to the outside on both floors, surface 70 sqm. At guests' disposal: double room with private bathroom with shower, second bedroom with twin beds (on request when booking), hallway and wooden staircase for access to the large and luminous living room with wooden floor, comfortable sofa 3/4 seater, armchair, TV and antique table, on one side develops the typical and large kitchen, equipped with 4 burners, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, sink, fridge / freezer, etc ... second bathroom on the same floor service operates. Living with direct access from the outside brick BBQ, garden and gazebo for exclusive use. NOTE: A few steps in option on booking before arrival cozy annexe for 2 guests (bed and private bathroom with shower ). Inside the estate large and beautiful swimming pool (6 x 14) to be shared with any other guests with umbrellas, beds and toys for children. Wonderful Tuscany experience

Extraordinary location and beautiful view of surroundings as well as very attentive host Maria. Pool of very decent size that especially our kids enjoyed a lot. If the furniture at Ester house was more comfortable (especially the mattress of the main bed), would have rated at five stars

Wundervolle Lanschaft und schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anfahrt ist natürlich immer ein bisschen lang, dafür ist die Umgebung der Anlage unglaublich schön und fernab von Touristenströmen. In der Anlage mit dem schönen Pool konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Areal ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Vor allem der Pool ist klasse. Von Pratovecchio aus lässt sich die Toskana auch für Wiederholungstäter neu entdecken. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die kleine feine Stadt Poppi und das Kloster La Verna. Am besten hat uns Cortona gefallen, auch wenn man etwas fahren muss. Und man sollte an keiner Eisdiele ohne zu testen vorbeigehen, auch wenn das Geschäft noch so unscheinbar ist. Es schmeckt einfach immer.

Urlaub mit Ruhe und maximaler Erholung

Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief von Anfang an sehr freundlich und immer problemfrei! Vielen Dank, Maria, für den leckeren Kuchen! Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, auch der Pool war spitze - gerade die Aussicht ist erwähnenswert! Sollte etwas fehlen, so ist es kurzer Hand besorgt! Einzig der Weg zum Haus mag für den einen oder anderen beschwerlich sein, bedingt durch die Hanglage! Noch ein paar gemütlichere Sitzgelegenheiten für den Außenbereich und für jeden Topf einen Deckel und alles wäre perfekt! Für Ruhesuchende sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen für die sehr schönen Tage! Markus

Great place!

We stayed for two weeks in La Poppienna, it is a very beautifull place on the southern slope of a Tuscany hill. It is a very beautifull and quiet region. There are six stone houses, the smallest for 2, the biggest for 6 people. All houses are well equiped and very clean. From the swimmingpool you have a great view over the valley. The owner is a very sweet and helpfull lady. We had a problem with our car, and she helped us very much with calling the garage and translating. We are sure we will come back to this beautiful place.

Eine hervorragende Unterkunft

Bei der Location handelt es sich um einen alten Bauernhof, der liebevoll restauriert ist. Maria ist die gute Seele in der Anlage. Wir wurden mit einem herrlichen Kuchen begrüßt. In den Häusern, in denen wir waren (Ester-Haus und Haus Abete) war alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht. Insbesondere das Ester-Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Neben der wunderschönen Anlage begeistert auch die tolle Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende Burgruine und die sonstige Landschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Maria fahren!!

Großartige Location und herzliche Atmosphäre

Hier erwartet Sie ein wunderschöner Ort der Ruhe mit fantastischer Aussicht auf bewaldete Hügel inklusive Burgruine. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an Adria und ins Innere der Toskana. Der sehr gepflegte Pool liegt perfekt für entspannte Lesesessions. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die angenehm-zuvorkommende und dabei unaufdringliche Gastergeberin Maria. Sie backt nicht nur sehr leckeren Kuchen, sondern hält auch sehr empfehlenswerten Wein aus eigener Produktion vor. Unser Haus war sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und authentisch eingerichtet sowie mit Terrasse und Grill ausgestattet. Kurz - eine echte Empfehlung für Ruhesuchende, die auch auf Abstecher nach Florenz, Arezzo oder die Adria nicht verzichten wollen.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben im September eine Woche in diesem gemütlichen Lanhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr stivoll ausgebaut, typisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Bad mit einer richtigen Wohlfühldusche. Da wir gerne kochen kam es uns sehr entgegen, dass die Küche super ausgestattet ist und sogar über Backofen, Spülmaschine und ein großes Tiefkühlfach verfügt. Hinter dem Haus hat man einen idyllischen Außenbereich mit Tisch, Stühlen und einem Grill perfekt zum Essen, Trinken und Genießen. Ein echtes Highlight ist der Poolbereich! Täglich wird der Pool gereinigt und ist daher immer absolut sauber! Ich hatte mir viel zum Lesen mitgebracht aber kein Buch angerührt. Der Ausblick auf eine gegenüberliegende Burgruine und die Ruhe sind großartig. Einfach den Blick schweifen und die Seele baumeln lassen... Das gesamte Gelände ist wirklich sehr gepfelgt und Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Von Anfang an hat Sie alle Fragen schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet und die Abwicklung verlief absolut reibungslos. Als herzlichen Willkommensgruß überreichte uns Maria einen leckeren, selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es in Stia, ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es wunderschöne Städte, wie zum Beispiel Arezzo oder Florenz für unvergessliche Ausflüge. Alles ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar und die Märkte und Sehenwürdigkeiten sind ein echtes Erlebnis. Rundum hatten wir einen perfekten Urlaub und wollten eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg. Wer "La dolce vita" liebt und im Urlaub wert auf Ruhe und Erholung legt ist hier genau richtig!

Einfach entspannt

Wir haben vier Wochen an diesem schönen Ort verbracht, und die Ruhe und Entspannung sehr genossen. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren mit einem 10 Monate alten Baby da und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Ausreichend neues Geschirr, Spülmaschine und Hilfsmittel. Unser Baby war mit Hochstuhl, Babybett und passender Wäsche immer gut versorgt. Maria hat für uns immer gut gesorgt, frische Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher waren immer da. Auch ohne Italienisch-Kenntnisse hat die Verständigung ganz gut funktioniert. Und manchmal sagt ein frisch gebackener Kuchen von Maria mehr als tausend Worte. Danke für diese tolle, sehr entspannte Zeit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
