Located only 5 minutes from the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas, our 3 bedroom, single story, ranch style home is located in the historic, Huntridge District. Down the street from the Arts District, local artists and performers of today and yesterday call this neighborhood home including Elvis and Liberace (who's houses are right down the street).
Some of our amenities include an 8 ft. deep swimming pool, a covered back patio with daybeds, a sauna in the master bathroom, a fireplace, BBQ and more.

This house was my mine and my wife's first home. It was exactly what we were looking for, a downtown home in the middle of the city with charm, a pool, and a single story, ranch style layout.
What makes this property unique
This charming house had us at "hello". From the courtyard to the pool, the sauna to the large bedrooms, we fell in love instantly.
