Very nice time spent with family. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Would have appreciated knowing that you must bring your own hairdryer and that only kurig coffee is available but loved the personal touches of having Girl Scout cookies and Easter candy when we arrived. Awesome stay.

The home looked like a model home. Everything was new, clean and nicely decorated. Having a hot tub and fire pit were added bonuses. The view from the deck was lovely.
To top everything off we got to see a black bear mama and her cubs as we were driving out of the community.

My 4th time staying on the property. My first choice for a NC mountain getaway. This time we explored the music Pavilion. It was amazing. The views, the huge rocks, the open bar, the fabulous music. It made for a fun relaxing time. Really! I was Stunned by the views there and all that was offered.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Inpossible to get to
If you book this place, ask if the main entrance is open? Hard to get there and very dangerous if it isn't. Vacationer beware.

Thank you for your feedback! This neighborhood does require AWD/4WD in the winter months as detailed in the listing. During inclement weather, the neighborhood plows the main roads, and there are times that the front gate temporarily closes as the plow team works on the main roads. As soon as the roads are cleared, the main gate does reopen. Thank you - BRMR
The property was beautiful and the house was well stocked. The house is very in the middle of the neighborhood so it does take about 15 minutes to get to the property from the gated entrance. If you are looking to feel one with nature, this is perfect, just remember to get everything at the grocery store ahead of your trip up the mountains :)

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice cabin with beautiful views. The hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. There was a small hill for the kids to sled on also. We had a blast! This cabin is about a15-20 minute drive once you pass the gate, so it is well into Eagles Nest, make sure you have what you need! I wish there would have been a little more info about what amenities a "renter" could use. A friendly neighbor was telling us about how the winery was a cool place to hang out and have lunch or just chill,, and the North Pavilion as well. We will definitely visit again and hopefully have more time to explore inside of Eagles Nest.

We email the rules of Eagles Nest that includes maps and information about Eagles Nest including the Winery, but it is near the bottom of the PDF :). We'd love to have you back again! - BRMR
This property was quite and peaceful, really enjoyed. It snowed and Eagles nest did a great job with the roads. The only issue we had was the Door Code did not work. Had to call property manager and they gave me another code and worked fine. The door code never synced the whole time.

This cabin is gorgeous! The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty. There’s a lot of new homes being built but we didn’t experience any noise because the weather wasn’t allowing any construction work. It’s a HUGE hike to get to this property. Alone it takes like 20mins to get to it from the main road, not a big deal but also not the most convenient if needing to get groceries, etc. The views are amazing throughout the drive though. The other downside for us was the VERY loud noise the gutters make when wind is strong. We stayed 4 nights, and three of those we couldn’t sleep! The noise was not as bad in the room near the laundry room, but the other one was TERRIBLE. Hopefully they fix that. We complained but they didn’t do anything for us.

Enjoyed the property and finishes and appliances are nice quality. The drive in is a little crazy, you are way up a mountain and if you're not used to it, was a little intimidating the first time. Other than that, was a nice time.
An amazing mountain retreat. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this pristine property. It was cozy and spacious at the same time and had everything we needed to have an incredibly enjoyable, relaxing weekend. The views are amazing the communication is perfect if you need anything you’ll get an answer to your questions and you probably won’t need anything because the property is so amazing.
