In a luxury residence, quiet, with a family dimension, the accommodation we offer is bright, spacious, new, fully equipped and air-conditioned.
It has an independent entrance of 48m2 extended by a generous terrace of 17m2, facing south south-west (sea and maquis)!

**Our favourite corner: the payotte area on the terrace! It offers a real cosy and shaded space, for your long reading sessions during the day, your aperitifs or your evenings under the stars. A little cocoon that will certainly make you happy during your stay!
We could also have answered the room with its king size bed... it's up to you to make up your own mind:)

Other
- A security deposit will be requested when you hand over the keys (cancelled no later than 2 weeks after your departure in the absence of any disorder/inconvenience or broken/lost/stained equipment observed)
- The accommodation must be maintained during the stay, and returned tidy and clean when you leave, the cleaning is done. Otherwise, 60€ will be retained.
- This accommodation has house rules that must be respected (communicated on arrival).
- Citizen & Responsible Behaviour, Neighbourly Relations (Noise, Open spaces and green spaces, Use of terraces and gardens, Parking and traffic, Supervision of children): as part of your stay, the provisions of the internal regulations of the accommodation and the residence must be respected (welcome booklet).
