Great property for our group of 6 adults and 3 young children. The photos don’t do it justice; lots of space for everyone - indoors and outdoors, plenty of seating both in living and dining areas, fantastic playroom for the children and the pool was ideal. Located close to a supermarket, bakery and lots of great restaurants in Erquy itself. In easy distance of lots of beautiful beaches. We had everything we needed for a fantastic week away. Carole was easy to communicate with and the instruction booklet for the house had just the right level of useful information. The local treats were appreciated after a long journey too!

Merci pour cette super location où nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement accueillis. On sent que tout est pensé pour nous faire passer un bon séjour, parfaitement équipé si bien pour la cuisine que le divertissement. Hygiène impeccable. Zone dortoir enfants super bien pensée.

La maison est spacieuse pour 10 personnes, avec des espaces pour profiter. Un sapin nous y attendait. Bien équipée avec 3 Sdb et 3 wc, des ustensiles nombreux pour la cuisine, bonnes literies. Les poubelles communales sont à 1mn à pied. Il faut juste faire attention à l'entrée dans la cour avec les voitures

Très bon séjour passé en famille élargie. La propriétaire est très disponible a l'écoute de ses locataires. La piscine est un grand plus. Petit bémol la route passante devant et la table a manger un peu petite. Mais nous recommandons sans hésitation

Pas d'accueil sur place

Il n'y a pas eu d'accueil sur place, les clés étaient dans une boite à clés donc aucune explications. Ce qui nous a causé des problèmes pour obtenir le code wifi et le traitement des poubelles. Les 3 transats ne correspondaient à la présentation sur le site Abritel, surtout pour une location de 12 personnes. cela a été corrigé 2 jours aprés avec 3 transats supplémentaires. L'heure de départ notée sur le site Abritel est 9H30, on nous a prié de repartir avant 9h00 et de remettre les clés dans la boite, Décevant

Mr Montagne Effectivement je ne suis pas systématiquement présente pour l’arrivée des locataires. Celle-ci peut être autonome en fonction de l’heure d’arrivée. Je vous ai appelé le samedi mais apparemment je vous dérangeais. Il y a un classeur avec les explications pour le gîte. Je vous ai donné le mode d’emploi de la wifi aussitôt demandé car je reste disponible par téléphone pour toute demande. Nous sommes venus le lundi avec mon mari remplacer les transats cassés. Si le contact n’avait pas été aussi froid de votre part, nous aurions pu échanger et répondre à vos différentes demandes. Mais il y en a eu aucune. Cordialement Carole

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans cette maison très bien équipée pour 12 personnes. Les prestations sont de qualité : literie, équipement cuisine complet, chambres et grande pièce de vie. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable et abritée. Et la piscine est un +. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison, nous avions suffisamment d’espace pour tout le monde (6 adultes et 6 enfants), très bien équipée, tout est fait pour se sentir dans une maison familiale de vacances !!! L’accueil est très sympa et très arrangeant. Je conseille vivement !!!
