About this property

Stay at a Greenery Neighborhood

Hi this property is centrally located near Richmond Hill downtown. Closer to Yonge street where you can enjoy plenty of shopping -hillcrest mall and numerous restaurants and parks. Closer to highways 404 and 407 and can access downtown in 30 minutes drive. Closer to park and has 200 feet backyard with a shed -great for kids and pets. Maximum occupancy is 5 people including kids. If more than 5, I can include basement rooms for additional $100 per night.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not make beds as everything needs to be washed
Please do not worry about washing dishes and using dishwasher.the cleaners will take care of it
Please make sure to take all your belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Back and side yards are not maintained during snowy season. Please use at your own risk.
AC during hot season is maintained at max 70 degrees. Heat during cold season is max 75 degrees.
Both front and back yards need constant maintenance; please expect at least one visit by maintenance guy.

Roomy apartment in Richmond Hills

My wife's family lives in Markham and we cannot recommend this property enough. Great to have our own base while visiting family. Loads of great restaurants close by. Plus we had a fantastic day in Wonderland. The owner was receptive and helpful. Great stay.

Nice stay

House was very nice with large yard in quiet neighborhood. Property manager was swiftly responsive to any questions and very pet friendly. Only down side was neither bathrooms were on same level as kitchen and living room as one was on level with bedrooms and the other in basement. This was only a problem due to being w a family member who had mobility issues so stairs were a little harder to go up and down often. In comparison to all the stairs that seem common in ontario houses though these were minimal stairs.

We had a good time in this residence as we were able to spend time with family. We could not figure out if the air was working appropriately. Contacted the owner and she replied. We didn’t bother contacting her again because it was nice enough to have the windows opened.

Amazing time

We stayed here for the weekend we had a blast and everything was great the owner was absolutely amazing called and checked in on us to make sure things were great. We can't wait to go back!!! Thank you for everything
