3 Bed/2 Bath Executive Ground Level Waterfront Condo w/ slip - Clearwater Condos

This Luxury Condo unit is located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82 with all asphalt roads right to the door of the unit. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful view of the lake from inside the condo or out on the large screened in porch.

The unit is spacious and beautifully furnished yet user friendly with a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen's wrap around bar comfortably seats 6 and 4 more at the table just off the kitchen provides a lot of sit down eating area.

The master suite has a private bath, king size bed, & flat screen TV and has its own private slider which opens up on to the spacious deck. The other two bedrooms on the main level share the use of the common bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom via a pocket door. This bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and is very close to the common bathroom. The deck is also a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or have your favorite adult beverage at night.

Clearwater Condo's is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect your fellow Vacationers and abide by these rules. We also ask you to please not smoke in the unit or bring pets. Treat our home like it is yours for family gatherings, quiet peaceful get-aways. We know you will create many wonderful memories in our little piece of paradise.

Beautiful Condo / Great Location

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. The condo fit our family of 6 perfectly! We were in town for the 4th of July and a softball tournament at Ballpark Nationals. The location was very convenient. Our teenage ball players and younger siblings loved the pools.

Clean and cozy!

This property has great furniture and appliances, not to mention an all around beautiful aesthetic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent here again in the future. It was perfect for our family of four - with enough space for everyone to relax and come together while still having room to spread out.

Lake Stay

Michelle’s place was a very clean, well-stocked condo that has the convenience of being ground level with only 2 steps to the boat docks. There was a variety of boat slip sizes to pick from for those traveling with a boat and detailed instructions for trailer parking. Our family loved our week staying there and would definitely book again.

Great Condo on the lake

Condo was perfect for three retired guys down for a weekend golf tournament. Well appointed, 3 bed rooms, 2 baths. We didn't use any of the amenities on the property, but everything looked well maintained. We only used the coffee maker in the condo, as we went out to eat for every meal. The place was very clean, and seems to have every thing you would need in the kitchen. Highly recommend this unit, may be our go to place for next years golf outing at Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley.

Family vacation.Large condo living space and table to play cards at night. Big deck screened in with confortable seating and ceiling fans. I would higly recommend. Slept 6 comfortably.

Beautiful Condo!

Excellent all around. Super clean, very spacious, comfy beds, all appliances and amenities as listed. Appreciated plenty of towels, paper products and shower/shampoo/gel in case we forgot. Ground floor allowed for walking from condo, into screened-in porch, out private door onto the walkway to pools or docks. We have rented many condos and this is one is on our list of favorites!

Clean, but needed a few details

The place was nice, but we were unaware of the fact that you could not swim off the dock in the lake. This was a big disappointment. There were 6 of us and only 4 coffee cups and we had to make a run to the dollar general to get a new can opener, since the one there was broken. I left the new one there. Otherwise, the place was nice and clean and the owners very responsive.
