Perfect flow for entertaining and formal seating for 20. Just 1.3 miles outside the Nation's Capitol at the historic Chain bridge atop the Potomac River.
We can provide guests free Berkey water for the duration of their stay.
Each level of this magnificent home has it own separate Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning system so there is no air exchange between levels. If you have any needs or concerns please contact us. The basement and garages are not available to rent.
