Emerald Skye #56 - Million Dollar View Fifth Floor Corner Unit- Orange Beach AL

The view is amazing. There is none better in all of orange beach. Step out onto the private balcony of this charming corner unit for a beautiful direct view of sugar white sands and the Gulf of Mexico.

You will find the living area with comfortable furniture for relaxing. The bedroom has a KING bed. Additional twin bunk beds with safety guard, and a queen sleeper sofa separated by a pocket door for privacy to accommodate other family members.

This is going to be our get away place and more than just a rental.
Quality furnishings include two flat-screen tvs with DVD players, a well equipped updated kitchen with modern counter-tops, and a renovated bathroom with glass enclosed shower, new tile floors and new vanity. In addition, a few vintage furniture pieces add to the charm.

This 36-unit low density complex makes for an easy access to the elevator as well as a spacious beach area. Guests also have access to our locked storage closet located beach side to store your beach items or feel welcome to use our chairs and umbrellas.

In the heart of Orange Beach, our unit is minutes from a wide selection of the best seafood you will find anywhere. After a day of adventure, jet-skiing, parasailing, fishing and other water sports, come home to a beautiful sunset viewed from you private balcony. We hope you enjoy our place as much we do.

This condo was perfect. Great location to restaurant's and parking lot had lots of space. Condo was very clean and had everything you need. The bed was really soft. The beach was not over crowded in this location compared to others. I would rent again. Perfect for 2 adults and children. Rent this place, you will not regret.

Condo was clean and had everything we could need for our first family beach vacation! Loved that there were chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use on the beach (which was only steps away)! Balcony was great for dolphin viewing! Would stay here again.

Emerald Skye was the first complex, at the beach, that Jim and I visited together.
We enjoyed the low density complex and beach area and visited here on numerous occasions over the years. Jim and I love being near the ocean, so when we begin to consider a purchase, this was a natural consideration for us. And, we love it.

What makes this property unique

When we first walked through that door and continued into the family room, we fell in love with this view - the sounds, the privacy, and that view. We looked at other small condos, but none compared to the unobstructed view we found here.
